Karen C. was one of the kindest and best servers we have ever had at any restaurant, if not THE best. She greeted us the moment she saw us, while she was in the kitchen prepping salads for other customers. After delivering the salads to their table, she greeted us in person, seated us, and took our drink order. She served multiple other customers and continued to help in the kitchen while we looked over the menu. Then she took our order, refilled our drinks multiple times, brought extra items (i.e. napkins, straws, jam) sometimes even before we asked for them, cleared our dishes, and ran the register when we paid before leaving. She was efficient, friendly, and thorough in all aspects of her job, which truthfully seemed to incorporate multiple jobs: host, waitress, assistant/prep-cook in the kitchen, busser, and cashier. As we observed and admired Karen, we saw that she treated every other customer with the same kindness and quality of service.
Denny’s is lucky to have such a dedicated and exemplary worker.

Had a really satisfying breakfast here. The omelette and hash browns were perfectly cooked, and you can’t go wrong with their pancakes. The beef fried steak with gravy also looked delicious. A dependable choice for a diner meal!

Visited Dennys today with my husband to grab a meal and I must admit that the customer service was top tier. Ana greeted us at the door with a warm welcome. She occasionally checked on us to ensure we were good. The food was exceptionally tasty and well presented. We will be here for a few days so definitely this will be our breakfast spot.

We chose this Denny’s because it’s close to Tahiti Village and seemed like the perfect spot. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. While the service itself wasn’t bad, the meals came out completely dry, and to make it worse, the kids’ cheese sticks didn’t even have any cheese inside.

My husband and I came in this morning with our service dog – who was in a screened in stroller. After we sat down our dog started barking ( which he does when a stranger approaches us). I was having a rough morning of crying (hence the support animal). He doesn’t like people immediately approaching us, especially if you come up behind him. All of a sudden Victoria the manager came out and snapped at us and said that our dog HAD to behave. She didn’t say hello nor ask if the dog was a service and or support animal. Then she walked away. And seconds later he stopped barking.
We ate our meal with no problems – he no longer barked. )7 pound Yorkie.
Once we were ready to leave and stood up by the register., still with our dog in secure closed stroller, same manager (walked up) to check us out and he growled and got anxious. As a manager I feel that Victoria should have been more professional and ask before snapping at patrons without knowing what the situation was.
Our server was great and he even understood the situation. He even asked if it was better to step back.
Reason we came to this Denny’s was because we’re staying at The Tahiti Resort right next door, where we are considering membership.
Our dog is a certified by a doctor support animal .
There are no signs on facility doors or anywhere in the establishment regarding animals.

BEST DENNY’S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Waitresses are sweet, atmosphere is cozy and clean, and I cannot RAVE enough about the food. Specifically ordered the Super Slam with fried egg. Looked amazing and I have never been to a Denny’s where their pancake bottoms, sausage links, hash brown, and bacon was nicely crisp. The sausage links were juicy and had a light crisp to every bite while the fried egg was fluffy and crisp at the same time. I have never “MMMM” to a plate at Denny’s before until today. Amazing spot to eat at, amazing value for the quality, and would definitely come back again!

This is what all Denny’s should be like. This place is like a well oiled machine. It was super busy, but we were seated right away. Yuni our server was amazing. She got our complicated orders right the first time. Watched the other workers clean and bus tables with precision, I knew the food would be great. And it was. Lastly, the place was super clean and tidy, including the bathrooms. Whomever owns and or operates this Denny’s location, bravo! And good job. We’ll make it a point to come back when we’re in town again.
