I wanted Denny’s but found myself face to face with the fact I was dining alone when I asked for a table for one. Willow immediately greeted me with a smile and cleaned the best seat in the house for me, got me started with a drink right away and assured me my server would be right with me. Already I was forgetting the fact I was dining alone, as I felt so welcomed. Then Avery, the most amazing waitress I’ve ever had came and helped me figure out what I wanted, all the while making clever remarks and witty comments that had me laughing so hard I had tears running down my cheeks. I ended up meeting all the servers on the floor and found them all to be not only professionals who take their career seriously but truly the friendliest, funniest and most attentive servers I’ve ever had.
I mentioned I had dental work done recently so I had to limit myself to soft foods and Avery made sure to get me extra ranch to help soften the fries. The food was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the service was nothing short of perfection.
Thank you Avery, Willow, Trinity, Bryson, Rico and Brandon for the best dining experience I’ve ever had! Extra thanks to Avery for being so amazing. She truly goes above and beyond for her customers.

Dennys was an amazing restaurant in the 90’s known for their 2.99 are you out of your mind deals. Their servings were a decent size and great taste for the price. Now here in 2026 the portion size is smaller and they barely have any hash browns on the plate but they charge 15 dollars for an omelet. They must think they are a restaurant like Chili’s or Red Robin or Ruby river. For the price it’s definitely not worth it. Especially when they skimp on the hash browns and the omelet is so small. There is better food with bigger portions for the same price.

I appreciated the service from my server, who was attentive throughout and I made sure to compensate their efforts with a tip equal to my bill. However, as my time came to a close, I encountered some challenges while trying to pay my check. I found myself waiting at the front, watching several staff members—including those who were busy with side work and what appeared to be a manager—discuss who would assist me. This delay was quite frustrating and made me feel somewhat overlooked as a customer. As someone with experience in the service industry, I believe it’s essential to ensure that guests feel appreciated, especially after leaving a generous tip.

While I understand that the atmosphere can become more relaxed during slower periods, there are ways to balance this with professionalism. It may be beneficial to designate a specific host or cashier for payments to streamline the process. Additionally, keeping the conversations among staff quieter and out of sight would help maintain a more professional environment. A manager making regular visits to tables and engaging with guests could also enhance the overall experience.

The departure experience is just as crucial as the initial greeting, and small adjustments in these areas could greatly improve customer satisfaction. Thank you for the opportunity to share this feedback!

what a great place, food was amazing hot and just how I ordered it. got to use my booth bucks to get a free beverage make the price great. they offer kids eat free everyday from 2pm to 10pm so I can save money. the server was friendly and attentive. loved bingo. they have bingo on monday evenings for free to play and get to win some fun prizes i had a ball playing. between kids eat free and bingo it was a great time.

Billie was our server she is excellent. She made it enjoyable. Unfortunately the hashbrowns were so over done that you could stab yourself with a bite kitchen cooks need a little bit more help it seems.

I absolutely loved my server Barbara she is a super hard worker and she did an amazing job serving us staying strong through the Christmas rush.
There General Manger Brandon Boyze on the other hand I didnt appreciate experiencing him being rude and disrespectful to his employees and calling them out on the floor in front of Guests very unprofessional. I understand frustrations during a rush but there is no reason there should have been that disrespect coming from someone who is supposed to represent Dennys as a company. He personally called out at my server for not knowing they were out of Onion rings when it showed on there christmas menu, that wasn’t her fault. That was miscommunication and failure on his part instead of politely discussing in the back. I also give my respect to Ally who is also a server there. She wasn’t my server but she served the table next to me, she was super kind and friendly to her guests and she stood up for herself to Brandon on her behalf and her employees to stop talking to her and them in the tone like that.
No employee should go through that I dont care who you are we all go through things and I understand frustration but that doesn’t give anyone right to act that way EVER doesn’t matter what day it is! I left angry and sad for the servers.
Corporate if you could I would look more into this it wasn’t just me who witnessed this im just hear to reach out also if you could help me and your employees to know the best way to get ahold of you that would be great.

My family has been frequenting this location for years and we’ve never had an issue before. I’m unsure if it was a bad day- or just the fact that it’s a newer crew but today was not it.
Took an hour to get our meal. Our waitress never checked on us and we had no drink refills. Grand slamwich was soggy and inedible. My husbands french toast was burned out the outside and was soggy on the inside. My daughter never even recieved her meal and we were told by our waitress that they gave it to another table. They said they were taking meals off- but our total didn’t reflect that. We spent $30 on 3 Dr Peppers, burned bacon and hash browns. No apologies for anything- just told that the cook is new and the waitress also said that she was new.
Really hoping to try again in a few months and have the quality of food and the quality of service be back to what we’ve experienced going there for the last 15 years.

We came in Thanksgiving morning and we’re seated right away. Ashley was an amazing server she was kind and attentive. Trinity was nice and helped bring out some of our food. She was festive with her Turkey hair decorations which was fun!

I’ve always had a good experience here but Ethan was my waiter this time and I hadn’t seen him before. He was one of the nicest and funniest severs I’ve met and made it so much better. He offered seasoned fries cause I was telling him checkers brand fries were the only fries I liked cause they have good seasoning. The fries were great and I’ll definitely come back. he was super attentive as well. 5/5 star server for sure

Went for a late night sober up kind of meal and i asked for “extra extra extra like disgustingly tons of butter” (i looove butter) and this place did not disappoint. The first waiter was awesome, fun and spunk and energized and super nice, the second waiter was very polite but really quiet. It was a nice exciting sit down and eat. The food was delicious!!! We ordered french toast and it’s the only french toast ive ever had that was very moist and delicious, usually places serve them pretty dry. Definitely coming back at 2am next time.
