I recently visited Denny’s, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
Our waitress seemed either overwhelmed or distracted throughout the visit. We had to repeat our order multiple times due to mistakes, which created unnecessary delays and confusion. While everyone can have an off day, the level of inattention significantly impacted the overall experience.
The most frustrating part was when we ordered dessert. We waited approximately 20 minutes, only to find out that it had been completely forgotten. Since we were already in a rush, this delay ultimately forced us to leave without receiving it, which was disappointing and frustrating.
Denny’s is typically known as a convenient spot for a quick and reliable meal, but this visit did not reflect that standard. If you are looking for fast and efficient service, this particular experience did not meet expectations.
I hope management takes the opportunity to improve service attentiveness and efficiency moving forward.

I stopped in at this Denny’s off I-10 in Baytown and had a really great experience. My waitress, Anna, took amazing care of me. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right the whole time I was there.
It’s not every day you get service that good, and she really made my visit enjoyable. The food came out quick and everything was great. If you stop by this location, I hope you get Anna as your server — she’s awesome!

I had a great experience at Denny’s. The service was friendly and fast, and the staff made us feel welcome. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I especially enjoyed the pancakes and breakfast platter. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. I will definitely come back again soon.

The food was cooked deliciously, but Denny’s have started to cut the portion size on their meals. I’d rather pay more and get more, personally.
I ordered the T Bone steak with 2 sides. I’m diabetic, so my options were limited. I got broccoli and a side of eggs, because they are pretty much zero carbs. I substituted my dinner bread for a hamburger patty (unfortunately at an added charge). I asked for the steak as rare as they were allowed to serve it. It was delicious.
The lady who served me was very fast and friendly. The lobby was clean and I got my food quickly and at a reasonable price (though I’d have been willing to pay more for larger servings). Overall, I’d recommend this location and I will be back when I’m in the area again.

I had a great experience at Denny’s! The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it. The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Our server, Nadia, really made the visit stand out—she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. She checked in at the perfect times and had such a positive attitude. Overall, it was a really enjoyable meal, and I’d definitely come back, especially knowing the service is this good.

Welcomed with a warm smiles. I did not have to wait to be seated. I come for breakfast and ordered the breakfast burrito and chocolate chip pancakes. They came out in a timely manner and fresh n hot. My waitress was Sadi. I highly recommend to request her when dinning in. She is friendly and pays attention to detail.

I order the macaroni skillet with onion rings and BBQ beef. The one shown in the phot, In my opinion, it’s one of the most expensive dishes on the menu, and that one in particular isn’t worth the price… The portion is very small, the meat is very browned, and at least for me personally, I was able to count the pieces of meat and I got 7. The portion of macaroni is very small and not very satisfying for an adult. Before ordering, ask about the portion size, sometimes it’s very small. It’s not like they show in the photograph
