My visit to Denny’s was honestly better than I expected, and a big reason for that was the combination of great food and even better service. Everything I ordered came out hot, flavorful, and cooked just right—classic diner comfort done perfectly. But the true standout of my meal was my server, Kaitlyn. She was friendly from the moment I sat down, checked in without hovering, and made sure I had everything I needed. Her energy made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Good food is important, but great service makes all the difference, and Kaitlyn definitely delivered both warmth and professionalism. I’ll definitely be back!

Not sure what happened to this Dennys location. Worse experience in the @10yrs living in Baytown and eating at this exact location. Customer service was not even bad but more of a disrespectful service if that makes sense. If you don’t like your job, easily find another and allow someone else take have that position. One who will treat their Paying Customers better. Food was awful as the picture shows( literally had to spit out something awful). Paid because I’m not one to ask for a hand out. Yet the manager offered to take off @$2-3, but says he will cover the entire bill our next visit. The thought of us returning here… hahaha NOT. I’ll take my money to Black Bear

I haven’t been to this dennys in a long time but I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrades to the booths, tables, and light fixtures. same great taste and friendly service since I was a kid with a modern look. I will be coming back more often. Irma was kind and attentive to us and all her tables.

My husband ordered the bourbon bacon steak and I had the sizzling spicy chicken, and both dishes were absolutely delicious—hot, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Kaitlyn made sure our drinks were always full, checked in at just the right times, and kept everything running smoothly with a great attitude. Excellent service paired with great food made this a wonderful dining experience. Kaitlyn truly went above and beyond—give her a raise! ️

I had a great experience at this restaurant from start to finish. The moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a warm welcome and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The atmosphere was clean and inviting which made it a relaxing place to enjoy a meal. Everything was full of flavor, well-prepared, and arrived at the table fresh and hot. The portions were generous for the price, and there were a lot of different options on the menu to choose from.
