Shout to Ms. Staci! She’s a great server, she attentive, knowledgeable and quick! I never had to ask for anything she was ready to refill our drinks, sauces and food. She maintained her section, when I looked up everyone had their food and drinks refilled. Even then she still came back to ask if anyone needed anything.

I recently ordered a carry-out Super Slam and Double Berry Banana Pancake Slam from my favorite location, which I have always enjoyed dining at in person and ordering from. Unfortunately, when I started eating, I noticed that the hash browns were burnt and had an off-putting smell, indicating they may not have been freshly prepared. As a loyal customer, I was disappointed in the quality of the food and hope that the management team takes my feedback seriously and makes necessary changes to ensure consistent quality in their dishes. I look forward to continuing to enjoy my favorite meals at this location, and I’m confident that with a bit of attention to detail, they can regain their high standards.

No this is not a mistake!!! My Denny’s experience was great!!! I went in expecting the worse but I was truly surprised they had an updated menu with a bunch of different selections from breakfast,lunch, or dinner. I went with the Grand Slam! Man when I tell you those were the cheesiest eggs. Everything came out hot and fresh. Don’t sleep on Denny’s!!! Well this one at I-10 and Bunker Hill. It was clean and the service was awesome!!!!

Disappointing dinner service
The atmosphere was fine, but service and food execution were poor. I clearly ordered: 1 Super Slam (eggs sunny side up), 1 Kids Hamburger (no cheese) with fries, and 1 Grand Slam Burrito. We ended up eating at different times. The Super Slam was perfect, but the kids hamburger came with cheese and had to be sent back. My burrito arrived ungrilled with undercooked hash browns and unmelted cheese, and the server had an attitude.
When the burrito was remade, it was overcooked and crunchy. I was also charged for extra sauce and cheese. By the time my youngest started eating, my oldest was already finished, and both were done before my replacement burrito arrived. I ate what I could and left still hungry—after dinner—at this Denny’s (9766-B Katy Freeway). I will definitely not be returning.

There was a very strange smell that lingered in the restaurant the entire time we’re were there.
