Me and my partner who has never been here before, enjoyed early dinner here today. Not much to complain about on her part. We both have culinary experience and wanted to share with the staff here a few suggestions, unwanted or not. So my first plate always consist of fried foods. Things where good, but the biggest problem on plate 1 was uncleaned shrimp not a big fan of cut corners when it comes to sanitary food.
I immediately informed staff and assured that it’s not a huge deal not starting a scene. I started plate 2 which was a mix of things. Let me start off by saying idk any buffet in the city that does good crayfish, unfortunately im still looking. Overcooked, 4 out of 5. Poor Lil cray. Anyway, I appreciate the environment and the copious amount of food selection. It seems the quality control has to be done a tad bit better.
All in all crab rangoon is the best thing on the menu

Super fresh food! Very delicious. Best Chinese buffet I have had in a long time. Many dessert choices. Sushi fresh and tasty. Incredibly polite and friendly workers.

Hot and fresh. My pics are the proof. Must come in and try if you have never been here. We both tried and ate so many things. The only bad thing is that I am 20 min away and want a nap!

I have been going to this buffet for over fifteen years. I am a frequent customer, going there at least once a month, even more frequently when I worked, like every week. How I got treated at dinner time on 2-17-26 was beyond contemptable by the manager there. I went up to the buffet and she actually followed me there and stood behind me as I was carving the beef roast. It had just came out from the oven so I carved the cooked end off and took a slice from there. She comes up to me and yells” Why you do that? why you do that?!” She tells me I took too much and that the piece I had cut off the end would have to be thrown away now. I started to respond to her and she turns and walks away, leaving me standing there feeling like I did something wrong. I DID NOTHING WRONG! How dare she yell at a customer and try to tell them how much they can have (I ate EVERY BIT of what I took!) How dare she bully a customer! I have seen her being totally disrespectful in how she treats the waitresses, but to go and make a customer feel small? I was fuming. (The piece of meat she said would have to be thrown away was taken by another person eating there with better teeth to chew it than I had, but then she didn’t care to wait for me to respond/explain that before going off on me and walking away! I will summarize this review by saying that they have LOST ME. I will never eat there again, never recommend it (which I did do on a regular basis for YEARS) and they will not get so much as a penny more from me EVER.

I got different experiences about creamer for my tea. They asked me for drinks I said tea with cream and sugar. But someone came to me I have to pay for the little creamer ¢.25 each…. !!!

Made my family of 6 get up from a table, while waiting for new food to be put out because it was all super dry and old. They aren’t busy at all so no one was waiting to be seated. Literally the whole room was empty but 2 tables out of like 15. Had the entire staff come up to us and tell us to get up and move and go stand and wait. Should of left the dry, old food my kids already got, on the table and left. Terrible service. We were regulars but decided to not come back

Horrible people, with even worse attitudes, got food poisoning after coming here. Showed the manger my raw chicken and over cooked noodles. Was told to get out so I did. Not my fault they can’t cook and got offended when someone got physically ill from their food. Will not ever come back. Lucky I paid for their poor service and didn’t get worse 🙂

For $21.40 to include tax, my son (age 11, adult price) and I had dinner. The pics are of what I ate. My favorites which I believe to be among the better tasting items are the bacon wrapped shrimp and the banana pudding (when it has not been sitting/picked over). Veggie sushi — too much rice as multiple other reviewers have noted. The food and service, overall 3.0-3.5 out of 5 stars. Reasonably priced compared to comparable other Chinese buffets. Overall cleanliness, to include the ladies’ restroom, 3. Until I find a better option in my area of town (Hilliard/West Columbus), we will likely continue to go here occasionally.
