eight here twice if you eat there in the evening, the service absolutely sucks. It was so slow to get seated. The customers were actually leaving before anybody even spoke to them.
I had the excellent salad, which is what I normally get and when it came out, it was amazing like it is every other Denny’s. They were just understaffed.

We stopped at your restaurant because we saw you ad on TV. We were pleasantly surprised with the food but got more than we bargained by the service we received from our server Deb. She made our experience superb. We’ve never had a server who combined her love for life & her expertise in her job! We definitely will stop again when we pass through your area again!

We love going to Denny’s. We drive up from Lincoln to Gretna for a little short drive to get breakfast. Reasonable prices, good service & great food. This particular trip Quanna waited on us & excellent service as usual.

Mendy is hands down the best at her job ever. She had our order completely to what we wanted. The steak was cooked great and the onions in the hash browns were cooked. The best Denny’s any where that we have been.

Our server Deb, was absolutely fantastic!!! I can’t think of another time when we got better service ANYWHERE! She was attentive, corrected an item on my order which I had forgotten to tell her about until the food came. At which point I commented on what I should have told her to change about my order, but then told her I would eat it the way it was. Without saying a word, she went to the kitchen and came back with the item I should have told her about! She went out of her way to make my order exactly what I wanted and did it with a cheery smile!!! Best server I think I have ever had!! She also adjusted the bill to reflect our senior discount. Will definitely be back to see Deb!

Very thankful they were open today! I was greeted by the manager Andrew who was amazing and had a great warm and welcoming smile. My server Quana was excellent. Super friendly, super knowledgeable and she was non stop moving taking care of her tables. The experience today was great and I look forward to what the new management team and staff do. Will return!!

Service is about as bad as it can get and the employees dont know anything about the app and promotions even tho it’s posted all over the restaurant and on the door when you walk in. I downloaded the app and ordered food twice only for them to not know how to scan the app both times. The first order was late at night so it wasn’t to big of a deal considering they only had one server but when I tried again the next afternoon I expected someone to know how to accommodate the promotions posted all over the building. They did not and now I have ordered over 100 dollars worth of food for me and my family twice and didnt receive any of the points or discounts advertised. I downloaded the app specifically to gain points and get good deals.

To-Go order was poorly put together and the food was so disappointing. My daughter’s french toast was very burnt on the bottom, didn’t get my side of Xtra gravy, the scrambled egg portion was very small, etc.
It was just a disaster and it sucks because I spent my budgeted money on this breakfast for us and it’s like they don’t care about quality cooking for their customers at ALL.

Our server Deb did a great job. She let us know the store was under new management and you can tell. The food and service have improved tremendously. You can feel the energy change for the better and the kids and my wife appreciated that very much. On a day like today it was nice to have a nice experience. Looking forward for the changes to continue.

Quana was great. Her service and energy made it feel like a hometown diner. The food was hot and fresh. The Latina ladies in the kitchen did a great job. Overall, our experience was amazing, especially with the weather being the way it was. My family had a great time and we will be returning.
