Sure, I know, it’s Dennys but this time I decided to give a review. I live in Greenfield but I’ve only visited this location once in 2023.
We both preferred to have breakfast (Carryout) and ridiculously there are not a lot places in 5 mile radius serving it. Thought–Denny’s does.
Their menu is very different from my last visit, with breakfast options that rival The Forum across the street. See my screenshot to see what we had and the date is at the top. The Santa Fe skillet I had was great, flavorful and the portion was very large. I added French toast. Biscuits and Gravy were so good, just like I hoped they would be. The wife had the Waffle Slam, eggs and sausage and she gave two thumbs up. We will undoubtedly return again and I recommend giving them another try like we did. **I’d like to note the employee at the front desk was welcoming and kind!

Okay listen… I pulled up to Denny’s thinking I was just gonna grab a quick breakfast, but nah — this spot said “buckle up.”
From the jump, Fernando and Felecia (in training) held it DOWN. Super attentive, super friendly, and literally serving with a smile the whole time. You ever have service so good you start wondering if you should tip extra or just write them into your will? Yeah… that level.
And don’t even get me STARTED on their new menu. Bro, the moment I saw those new items I turned into a kid at Christmas. I was ready to order the whole page. I couldn’t wait to try everything — and they absolutely knocked it out of the park.
What I Ordered (aka my new personality):
• A loaded breakfast burrito stuffed like it was trying to win an award
• Strawberry crepes so good I almost shed a tear
• A classic plate of eggs, hash browns, sausage, and bacon — cooked exactly right
Everything slapped. No misses. Zero.

Food is pretty alright and the service work is amazing. Very clear that the younger workers are incredibly nervous around their manager and because of that (this is not a complaint more expressed sympathy) kept dropping things and causing accidents. Could tell majority of them were stressed from the rush due to a bunch of privileged apathetic individuals rattling them with complaints. Hope management uplifts their employees on the “front lines” more and reassure them they have their back, would do wonders for worker morale

Waited over 20 minutes without any service (drinks or a simple I will be right with you) decided to walked out and once I mentioned we were leaving decided to ask us if the can take out order while other tables where getting seated and served.

Waiter was attentive, orders were accurate, food was brought out in a timely manner, all meals were warm and fresh. Drinks were refilled promptly. Only reason not all 5’s is we had to wait quite long for the bill.

Food is always great, all the servers are patient and friendly. The only complaint I have is that manager Tina is awful, she is dismissive, fake and talks crazy to her staff. I visit this location often and I always enjoy my morning until I see her. Anyways, if you’re looking for a good quick cheap meal this is your place to go! **Also don’t have any issues though because Tina will not fix them.

I ordered chicken fried chicken with double seasoned fries. It tasted more like some overdone dried chicken tenders and the gravy was bland plus watery. Gravy should be creamy and thick so I was very disappointed. The fries were okay, not great but I’ve had worse. I watched one of the servers using dirty trays to serve food. The booths have almost no wiggle room. None of the employees looked cheerful or happy to be there. Our server had a B.O. issue and while he was attentive to our needs, he never smiled and took awhile to give us our check until we asked.

Great value and quality food. Samantha did a great job taking care of me.i go out of my way to stop when Samantha works. I feel she makes a difference here at Denny’s.
I also come for breakfast many times during the week. Pat is always welcoming and does a great job of taking care of me and other regular customers. You can get food at a lot of different places but the server can make the difference in your meal. I look forward to seeing Pat on weekday mornings.
Samantha again did a great job making sure my drink is full, food is good, and making sure I am satisfied. The food continues to be good and great value.

Burger Den, The Meltdown and Banda Burrito are ghost kitchens at Denny’s. I spent $50 and did not get any food, just a long time spent with the run around. Only giving a 2 stars because maybe someone would be interested in a $19 Denny’s burger , get their food and maybe would like it – just not me or my experience.
