Been here a couple times. It’s usually not that busy for lunch. But they do seem short staffed. Everytime I go there, I have to wait a few minutes until a host comes out to grab us some menus and a seat. The staff members are pretty friendly though. The atmosphere is wide and open.
I’ve tried a few different things off the menu. They are all pretty good that I have had so far. My favorite is the Slam burger. Would be a nice place to catch up with a friend or family member. Or even just a quick bite during lunch break.

I am on a mission to find my favorite pancake after my local diner closed down, so I thought I’d try a classic place like Denny’s. The parking lot and lobby is shared with a truck stop gas station complete with showers.
First, as a splurge, I got the cream cheese stuffed french toast covered in strawberry topping and it was so delicious. The French toast was fluffy, the filling was creamy, the strawberries are fresh and the topping adds that last bit of sweetness. Definitely recommend.
Our second plate was more breakfasts classics including over-easy eggs, hashbrowns with cheese, sausages and bacon. The eggs were cooked perfectly and tasted fresh. The hash browns had cheddar cheese instead of American but they tasted crispy on the edges. The sausages left something to be desired. Two skimpy tiny sausages. And then the bacon was warm and crispy.
We also got pancakes on the side which were soft and fluffy. They have more of a sweet, cake like taste but mixes well with the syrup.
Loss of stars due to booth being dirty in the wall with drippings and the loud speaker calling out empty shower booths every 3 minutes. Service was great.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning, and had the 8oz Sirlion and eggs. The cooks done a fine job on the steak, excellent flavor and cooked the way I like it. The waitress and waitress in training were very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed.

The two hostesses were bickering in front of all of us customers. Our waitress Darlene was abrupt at best. The restraunt was filthy. The food is undercooked. I asked for well-done meat, and both the bacon and sausage were raw. Pancakes are not fully cooked. Bathrooms were out of order for repair. Alternate bathrooms had a truck driver with their dog sleeping in the area I had to pass thru to get to the bathrooms. I can not recommend this Dennys or the truck stop. Go somewhere else

This used to be my favorite location. I ordered the coffee with caramel drizzle. Asked to add chocolate drizzle as well because I couldn’t decide between the two. Waitress was rude with saying no it wasn’t allowed, everyone had to have it the same way. I asked to speak with a manager. Manager came and said there is no button to charge you for the drizzle so she couldn’t do it. I was given two different excuses for something that was so simple. I said forget it and just give me a regular coffee. Waiter slammed my coffee down with an attitude. Why did extra drizzle turn into such a horrible customer service interaction.

Was good sized amount. Ok flavor. Was way too much ricotta for my taste. The real draw back was the bowl of grease it was served in. Eh, I’ll get something else next time.

This is our second visit after a night of a night of Randonautica. Rylee and I become famished chasing creatures through the haunted parts of Caledonia particularly long the perimeter of Nicholson nature preserve.
Also, indeed of coffee and our waitress brought us a carafe car after we sat down. This place all seems to be open where we were there at 4 AM and I mentioned that to the waitress she said that’s probably because we’re open 24 hours a day how convenient.
I ordered the biggest slam that they had plus extra bacon and Riley ordered some more reasonable sandwich which also like to go play she has the best pancakes I’ve ever had. They just have them for making them so slight and fluffy and tasting it so good.
After a night of chasing creatures and ghosts it’s the perfect place to unwind and relax and get another half pot of coffee in you.

Had Karrie M serve me. What a great experience. The food was excellent. Prepared quickly and favorable. TBone cooked perfectly, the eggs fluffy, hashbrowns buttery , crispy on top and soft in the center.
