Good food, great service! The parking lot was packed, so we didn’t have a lot of hope. We only waited about 5 minutes to be seated, so that was perfect. You could tell by the occupants (not even half full) that they’re likely struggling with being understaffed like many other places right now. However, they did great. Our food was perfectly done, and the server, Tricia, was wonderful. We’ll be back for breakfast soon!

It’s not a fine dining establishment but the food was hot and tasty. If you’re in a hurry, this may not be the best place for you. Not that it was agonizingly slow, just not fast. Lunch took about an hour from walking in to walking out. I remember the prices at Denny’s being a little lower than other places like this but they crept up a little. Burgers and sandwiches with a side are $13.00 to $15.00 now.
Our server, Brandy, was super nice and attentive. It’s was lunchtime and 5-7 tables were present and I got the feeling that nobody was getting annoyed by having to wait for refills or anything. She kept up with everything well!

Waited forever to be seated but hardly anyone was eating inside, there was lipstick on my coffee mug, the tables were dirty, seats and floors had food all over them, cooks were yelling about smoking cigarettes, servers were to busy sitting down to pay attention to customers, my food was cold when it came but somehow burnt??? I’ll never eat here again. DO BETTER!!! and I ordered scrambled eggs. Does this look like scrambled eggs? How do you mess up scrambled eggs??

How this dennys runs their delivery order system is about the worst I’ve ever seen in any restaurant and I’ve done thousands and thousands of food delivery orders. Almost everytime they are out of an item and request you to ask the customer for a substitute. Not even starting the rest of the order. So they expect you to ask the customer, tell them and then wait another 15-20 mins to make the order? This last time was ridiculous. No waffles at 9AM?? then needing to cancel the order wasting everyone’s time. Including the dasher who takes the order after me. Don’t waste your time here. Also the food sucks from a customer perspective… all frozen and bland.

my daughter and i would like to give shana a fantastic review. if she lived in cleveland i would give her a job at my restaurant and take her away from this abusive work environment. i am shocked at the way this restaurant is being ran. her assistant manager made her feel bad about not having strawberries, which is not shana’s responsibility. the entire staff besides shana was unbelievably unprofessional & rude, from the cook having a temper problem along with terrible food & the manager just bluntly needing to find another profession. i hope someone is listening because this place needs help.

This place was severely understaffed. The girl that took our order was friendly, kept the coffee flowing, and was just all around a delight. This poor girl was doing the hostess job, washing dishes, and taking orders! I was amazed at the job she did! My food was good. It still came out quick, and I would recommend the Southwest Benny Breakfast. This was definitely the right choice as Waffle House and Bob Evan’s were a line out the door with the church crowd. Excellent experience, Kristen C. deserves a raise!

Hands down the best Dennys on the interstate. Foods delicious service is quick and the staff is friendly Austin and Janet were awesome and Austin can cook better than 90% of the other Dennys I’ve eaten at. 5 stars all around
