our waitress was very focused and very motivated. Everything was perfect. My crêpe was delicious. My eggs were good. I just wish restaurants could find a way to do home fries without all the carbs, but that’s not a Denny’s issue.

On 12/27/25 I went to the Denny’s in Hanover pennsylvania. They were very very busy. There was one waitress Carolyn and one cook who I found out was the store manager Nicole. They were a very well-oiled machine. My food was delicious nothing was burnt and they moved very quickly to wait on every single person in this restaurant they get five stars and above in my opinion. Carolyn always had a smile on her face every time she came to my table and the service was just wonderful.

Went on a Friday on my way home and it was great. Seen they had stuffed French toast and my daughter loves that so went on Sunday but everything was horrible. Her eggs were raw French toast had remnants from a dirty grill my pancakes were burnt my hash browns were under cooked and my eggs were missing cheese

If I could give 0 stars I would. My family and I have gone there on Christmas Eve for years. This year was beyond disappointing. When we arrived we were told a 30 minute wait which was no big deal. After about 20 minutes a waitress (I assume but hope not since her unkept hair wasn’t pulled back) very rudely told us we had to sit in the waiting area which was about 35 degrees. After sitting in the cold for an additional 15 minutes another person came out to tell us we were being rude and they weren’t going to serve us. We had 2 waitresses in our party so we are always polite and understanding when we dine out. I have never been treated this disrespectfully as a customer and under no circumstances would I return to the Hanover location.

Sat at the counter for Mother’s Day, and the service was great, the food was great, and I don’t know why we bother going to other diners. The berry waffle slam is so good. I’ve never had a bad experience at this Denny’s.

The service was great and the food was fresh and very well made. Lots of stuff to take home if you couldn’t eat it all. It was a good experience. We all got different types of dishes they were all wonderful.
It wasnt too packed with people, so it was decent and quiet. All together a good experience.
