Denny’s great for a good breakfast. They always have all your favorites for a good price. Not only can you decide on what type of breakfast you want you can add pancakes. Pancakes are my favorite thing to order. I’ve always have room for pancakes. So no matter what floats your boat your guaranteed to find something that floats yours.

This is my mom and I’m place to go when we want a good meal at a reasonable price. Now it being on McHenry Boulevard you can imagine the company it has sometimes… other than that. They have good food and the servers are always very friendly. This is better than the other Dennys! Dont go to the other one, this is the best one.

Split the Denver omelet with Biscuits and Gravy and a side of pancakes.
Omelet was lite and fluffy. No burns or crispy outer edges. I forgot that Denny’s uses a PRE packed onion and bell peppers. IF I had remembered I would NOT have ordered the Denver. This shortcut turns the flavor of the onions and BP into a nasty tasting mush. Denny, you can do better.
The Hash browns were crispy brown and soft in the middle. PERFECT. The eggs had a Funky after taste to them. Speaking with the chef he said the only additive was margarine. I did NOT care for it. Maybe try something different and not Pam.
Pancakes were spot on and with the right amount of whipped butter. The Biscuits and Gravy were like Granny used to make. Not to chalky and the right amount of sausage in them. It would have been nice if they were hotter as they were closer to room temperature.
Minimal customers dining at 2 a.m.
Table next to us seemed to have just left the bar. A little loud and crescendo with one of them punching the table and then got quiet as if pouting.
Interior was clean and no odors except for one of the homeless that was hanging around near the register.
The climate was nice as it was extremely cold on this night.
Our server, Kelsie greeted us with a smile and was very attentive for this hour of the morning. Some staff don’t want to be there and it shows with their service. Not here!!
Coffee cup stayed full and we didn’t have to ask for anything. She left us alone when she needed to.
Her communication with us was a 10. She let us know she was going on a break but where we could find her if needed.
Management, in this day and age of less than standard employees are all that’s left in the hiring pool, you have a “keeper” here. As a management OR a store owner I would do what is need to retain her. We thought her attitude, attentiveness and quality of service was outstanding and so much better than we have seen in the past. This type of employee is deserving of better compensation than your “average” employee.

Been coming here for years. Very hospitable service, right off McHenry Ave. Cholula on the table. 24 hours. Booth seating. Maple donut holes are incredible for a nice sugar blitz. Boyfriend & I couldn’t have been more satisfied

Great breakfast. Perfectly cooked, good portions, great coffee, all at a very reasonable price. I got the Crispy Apple Pancakes with eggs, sausage and hash broowns and coffee. All the staff were so happy making it a fun atmosphere.

I’m leaving Denny’s stuffed and smiling because of the delicious food we ordered here. We sat where we could see the order window and our food came out so fast and was delivered immediately hot and yummy. The cook Jose here really serves up the food exactly as you see it look in the picture from the menu.Our server Amy was the nicest, most attentive, all around awesome server we were blessed to have dined in her section this evening, truly I appreciated her patience with our menu questions and she didn’t judge us for being on a budget rather she treated us like family and made our meal all the more worth it! They’re running a top notch dining experience here y’all- for real! Come see for yourselves !

So we went to Denny’s last night on Earth Orangeburg by 99 and they had no nothing but the waiter was so awesome awesome we dealt with it tonight we show up at Denny’s on McHenry by Orangeburg it was great the food was good they didn’t have no hash Browns and they didn’t have no Buffalo sauce but we made it let me send you a picture of what we had lol
