Went to Denny’s after 2pm. Tried to order items from the menu, and a few things can’t be made because they’re missing ingredients. Then on the way out, they have a claw machine that will NOT pick up anything! Robbing kids for dollars all day. Nobody wins that one. I guarantee it!

We ordered bacon cheeseburgers and 1 patty wasn’t even whole, it was 1 piece with a bunch of little pieces. I ordered bacon and didn’t get any on my hamburger. The lettuces was old and the tomatoes was no good either. So I had to come home and cook anyways to fix our food to make it better. My daughter ordered Spaghetti and meatballs. She bearly got any sauce on her Spaghetti. Good thing we had some at home to put on top.

I always have good experiences at other Denny’s locations. This one however, AWFUL. The service was nothing short of unprofessional, I placed an online order and how can I eat my meal without plastic utensils? How can I eat my pancakes without syrup? It’s not like I need to make sure everything is there before I take off. I was on the road when I realized and I wasn’t able to just turn around. I thought just the customer service was bad but on top of being rude they also forgot to give me my basic necessities to eat my meal. I don’t recommend this place at all.

We had a great server and the wait, although busy, wasn’t too long. Sat at the counter and the food was great although i wasn’t really impressed with the quality of the bacon. The peanut butter cream pancakes were delicious but not for calorie counters. Altogether a very good experience. Parking was a little crowded, but there’s always more in the back.

I saw my food sit at the counter for about 10 minutes before the waitress served it to us. The food was decent for the most part. I ordered onion rings that were inedible. As soon as I took a bite, all I felt was oil pouring out of it. Gross.

Terrible customer service! Im from the bay area and Our Dennys customer service is loveable! but this place treated me and my family terrible .The lady snatched a cup out of my hand when asked to fill my coffee! Then slammed the cup on the table and walked away .when asked for a manager the lady just stood there then came over asked me what happen I told her! she then said sorry you want me to fill your cup ! The manager never talked to the young lady at that point My family and myself left out and called corporate office ! They definitely racially profiled! Not knowing I am a paralegal. Very prejudice place of business do not go to eat here unless you want to be treated poorly!

I absolutely like this place. The customer service is always great. They get you in fast and taken care of. Our waiter Vito did an excellent job making sure we were well taken care of and was always on top of if we needed anything. Highly recommend this location over the Shaw location.
