Denny’s is everyones default go to for an all American breakfast. I had a breakfast attack, so I made my way over. As you can see, the food was by the numbers, no surprises. My waitress was courtious and friendly. I’ll be back.

I may have given this place 4-5 stars except for when I was awaiting my food I was told to pay in advance to help the waitress go to lunch without having transfer tickets to another waitress. As far as I know she I still here an hour later and never left. Then after someone else paid for my meal for no apparent reason other than he was awesome I had to wait 15 minutes for my drink. When I got my sampler with double chicken strips it seems as though they have begun cutting all the tenders in half prior to frying or I’m just that hard of a customer to deal with that they didn’t want me. here longer than necessary either way the fries covered most of my plate and they weren’t what I would call crispy. In the end I asked for a refill of my coke after being told they can’t make me milk shake out of ice cream fail,… It’s been awhile waiting on a coke refill. So came to visit fresno for the first time we ordered and rosalina the employ did her job good at first then she came with our food min later 2 bacon on my plate cold food for me and my brother i asked for another plate she gave attitude and said ill bring my manager her manager came to my table like if i asked for a whole silent soldier for help the manager name is lee and her employ is rosalinda if we where to know that this dennys was a bad review we would never came í asked for a crepe change because it was brown and cold like if it was there for a while did not appreciate the attitude nor the salty wings we where given dont come to this dennys also you feel unwelcomed no one welcomes you no one is infront on cashier

I stopped in for a quick (to go) bite to eat after handling a rough situation. It was about 1 a.m…. So it was either to damn late or to damn early for life. A gentleman named Jessie waited on me after I seated myself at the counter. Jessie was wonderful, attentive, friendly and offered great conversation. Not your typical shop talk but real conversation. He was smart and articulate…
I asked Jessie a few questions while trying to determine what to order. Contrary to prior visits with other staff Jessie was very knowledgeable about the menu and politely offered suggestions.
I wish more people could offer that.
I also ordered a meal for a gentleman currently down on his luck. I made it a point to let my waiter know this additional purchase would be going to a homeless person. It was a nice surprise to see how Jessie reacted. He bagged our orders separately without my asking and provided each bagged order with the appropriate silverware and condiments. I appreciate that you treated each of our meals equally.

I order 4 meals from here …. steak meal . Chocolate and banana pancakes , and chicken wrap and an appetizer. The pancake was horribly hard, not soft . And as for the steak I ask for medium . It’s Denny so I didn’t have high hopes … but the steak was rock hard and dry as it can be . I was so disappointed. And I asked for plain mashed potatoes and sour cream and cheese on the side and they soak it in gravy . Everything else was fine . I tried calling the restaurant once I got home . I called 4 times no one answered . Won’t be back at this Dennys .

We waited 10 min to get seated like we were not standing there, they served me a dirty cup, they had to replace the fries ordered with our burger because they were so over cooked. The only OK thing was our waitress other staff was so unprofessional I would never eat there again a waste of money

We went to visit our daughter in a neighboring city to Fresno and decided to start the day off with breakfast. When we went in it appeared to be an ok location with the exception of some really shady looking employees but hey, I was taught not to judge a book by its cover. So we proceeded to be seated and they sat us near the cooking station which was fine with us but everytime I would inadvertently glance in the direction of the cook it appeared that she was looking at our table in that moment. I just wrote it off to a coincidence but the thought did occur to me that I hope our food will be ok. We get our food and everything appears to be fine when my daughter pulls plastic from her bite of Pancakes which looks to have been the edge of the pancake mixture bag. It was big enough to where had she not caught it she could have choked to death. When we asked to see a manager whose name is Iridian M she came to the table with an annoyed attitude. We explained to her and showed her there was plastic in our food and all she said was, “do you want a different plate” no sorry or how can I make this right, nothing. I would even go as far to say that she had a look and attitude of why didn’t you choke and die on that?So before she took the plate my daughter stopped her so she could take a picture and at that moment the manager rolled her eyes and took off. As we sat there in utter disbelief about 15 minutes passed before we had to continually ask to see her again. When she did come back she stood there and asked us what we wanted and when my daughter stated she wanted her name and the name of her supervisor she got combative with my daughter and dropped a receipt on the table telling her that she already spoke to her general manager then she walked away. We were truly in shock at the whole thing and after about 15 min I had to wave my arms in the air at the servers who were standing across the dining hall chatting with one another. When they saw me, two of the three ran out of site leaving the third of them to say out loud within earshot, y’all servers too;” in other words, they didn’t want to help us and ran away when they saw me ask for help. We were in complete shock at the whole situation at this point. We collected ourselves and paid for our meal. Just before leaving we saw the manager walking outside the restaurant slowly and lethargic looking staring at a tablet. She saw us leave and never said a word to us. This place needs to be shut down. There was no level of professionalism or courtesy whatsoever in this establishment. We are taking this one all the way!
