Late night breakfast with my wife. The server is nice, food is was good, fries was slightly overcooked but some over head lights could use a replacement since it was broken. Overall probably better Dennys than the one on Beach and Garden Grove haha

Denny’s is Denny’s is Denny’s. So in the end….all you hope for is service and cleanliness. This particular one has both. Friendly, attentive service and very clean. You can’t go wrong with the meal value. So much better than fast food

Not eaten at a Dennys in over 10 years, but new to the area and decided to stop here. Place was very busy, but I was seated immediately, drink order taken within just a couple moments as my food order was given. My food arrived in less than 15 minutes. My food was great, hot and fresh tasting, server stopped by 3 times during my visit to ask if I needed anything. I was very pleased w my experience at this location. My only complaint is its a little on the high side w regards to food vs price, but I do understand that the location and zip code add to higher cost being in Huntington Beach. Ill definitely be stopping back by again soon.

Denny’s is synonymous with the “cheap American breakfast”. So, when you go to Denny’s, you already have a preconceived notion that your meal, well, isn’t sitting on the Michelin star-rating quality. But, lately they have taken cheap to a whole new level. The meat, aka bacon, steak and sausage, have taken a taste and mouth feel that is almost unreal. The eggs almost seem worthy of a M.A.S.H unit outfit during the Korean War. The pancakes have lost their loving feeling, aka fluffiness and buttery goodness notes. The coffee, well, that’s a story in of itself. $3.79 for a cup of convenience store quality coffee, hard pass. The water, unfiltered and hard tap water was actually billed and listed on receipt as Tap Water. The biscuits and graveyard looked like SOS from a WW2 era rationing stored in the back somewhere. One of the sausages was overcooked and had a strange chemical taste, not a fan of that at all. The bacon had a fake smoke flavor to it and was not crispy nor bacon flavored at all. Strange flavor complex and mouth-feel. The nachos looked like chips that had a running mystery meat and sauce poured over top and a few cheese sprinkles drizzled on top for kick and giggles. Overall, the food, NOT bringing us back for sure! The service was great from a waiter named Santos, who was friendly, courteous and seemed to like his job. Placed looked clean and inviting. Not the best experience, but not the worst either.

I go in at night and order the same thing. Female server very friendly. Had a new male server not so much. Asked for my normal 3 blue cheese. He brought me 1 reg size and a smaller one. Then had to ask for another instead of just bringing me 3 I asked. I figure for the price.I’m paying for a salad and it little garlic bread.The three blue cheese is not gonna hurt. Also didnt fill my drink when he brought the food. This was my only issue with service.The whole time i’ve been going there. Sr menu needs more selection. Prices are a litte high. It’s still one of my favorite places to go for dinner. But, you asked so I told you. I do like the aarp discount.

This is a message to Tanya, the manager, on the morning of October 19th, 2025. I wanted to leave you an incredible review because I greatly appreciate the fact that you allowed me to get my birthday breakfast and take it to go. I am thrilled to leave this remark and tell you that this breakfast is possibly one of the best Denny’s breakfasts I’ve ever had. Not to say that I haven’t had this before—I have so many times throughout my life and for many more decades than I’d like to admit. However, I believe that the love with which you share with your staff led them to deliver an absolutely incredible product. I need you to know that I don’t take lightly the privilege of you allowing me to have my breakfast outside of your restaurant, as it seems appropriate to eat it indoors. Your kindness allowed me to do things my way, and you deserve an incredible review for that. Truthfully, I believe this is the first time we both met each other, and despite not knowing who I am, where I come from, or what I stand for, you allowed me the freedom to make a choice that may or may not go against policy. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you very much. I look forward to coming in and actually dining in your restaurant, most likely in the morning while you’re serving, so we can continue the laughter we had inside your restaurant this morning. I had a horrible experience this morning. I placed a curbside pick up order at 5:49am. Simple chicken tenders and fries, something that’s dropped in oil and cooked in minutes. I arrived at 6:09am called to let them know I arrived and I was in spot 1. Olo whom I assume picked up my call was very rude say yeah yeah okay and hung up. I proceeded to wait in my car until 6:45am. I came inside the same time as the waitress and just asked if I could use the restroom. I return to see my food had been sitting on the counter with a completed ticket time of 6:09:49. No one came to my car to hand me food in over half an hour. When I came to the front requesting my food I noticed the time and checked my food was really cold. I asked for my order to be remade and Olo gave me more attitude insinuating it was my fault. I like to add this was curbside pick up order and the sever was supposed to bring me the food at the designated parking spot. I got my order remade and in the end didn’t get my food til 6:58am waiting over an hour for my meal. Which I would like to add I saw the cook make in 3 minutes. I would also like to add the restaurant is completely empty with only 3 tables seated. Really terrible service here unfortunately because I like Dennys but this morning the service I received was terrible.

This was our first time coming to this location and it was overall a great experience. This is probably one of the best kept locations I’ve been to. The place is not as big as other Denny’s I’ve been to but it wasn’t too busy when we went. The staff here seemed extra friendly which really made the experience great. We ordered burgers here and they came out in good time and tasted great. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone.
