The service was just as impressive. My server, Whitney, went above and beyond she was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. She truly made the meal even more enjoyable.
Good place to get pampered and not to have extra work at home.
First, the hostess/waitress in the dining room literally threw her hands up in frustration because she didn’t want to seat our family in her section, despite open tables being available. We were forced to sit outside next to a car wash that smelled like stale, mildewy water. We only stayed because my 4-year-old son is autistic, and leaving would have caused a major meltdown.
The food was a complete disappointment:
Baked Mac & Cheese: For almost $6, I got a tiny scoop of what looked like boxed Kraft. It was not “baked,” had no crust, and looked nothing like the menu.
Bourbon Street Skillet: It wasn’t sizzling, it was warm, and it was drowned in way too much sauce. I couldn’t even eat it.
To top it all off, after we paid and walked to our car, staff followed us out to harass us and accuse us of not paying. We had to walk back inside only for them to say, “Oh, we got it.” Being accused of stealing in front of my children was embarrassing and completely unacceptable.
The ONLY bright spot was our waitress who finally came outside to help us. She was kind and acknowledged that the staff “forgets” people outside. We will never be back. Shame on you guys!!!!
