The perfect place for a classic American breakfast. It has a vintage atmosphere with blues music, everything is very relaxing and the service is super fast. They have food for all occasions, and everything is very clean.

Waste of time and money. Server took forever to take our order, even though it was basically empty, (us and 1 other table) then he had us taste our drinks when they finally arrived, because he couldn’t remember which was the sweet tea and the unsweet tea. He came to our table about 6 times to ask about our food like how I wanted my steak cooked (I wanted medium rare, I got very well done, dry and tough. the steak was thin) , how he wanted his eggs cooked, did he want toast or just bread, if I had wanted the steak and eggs or if I wanted the steak meal (I had ordered the steak meal with broccoli and salad) etc…. he got the egg sandwich patty melt and fries, the fries were gross and the eggs were undercooked, some spots had uncooked whites, and there was so much grease. The salad was not fresh, the lettuce was wilting and browning and there was basically nothing on it, like 4 bits of carrot slivers and a tiny pinch of cheese. The syrup bottle was dirty and covered in syrup. I ended up taking most of mine home for my dog. I will not be coming back to this location, no wonder it was so empty at lunch time when everything around it was busy.

We waited 15 min to get SEATED! Then don’t even know how long before we got to order and finally get food. I saw three families who gave up and left before getting seated.
If you are going to run this restaurant then staff it. One waitress doing everything. And she stays working for you!!

I came in here with my family for breakfast yesterday morning, and had the best service! Our server, Miranda, was so attentive and prompt. Our food was so delicious, especially the Denver Omelette. I would certainly recommend this Denny’s to anyone looking for a great breakfast with wonderful service!

My experience today at Dennys was wonderful! I had the best triple cheeseburger I have ever had! My server, Miranda, was perfectly attentive and quick. I will certainly be back!

Where do I start. First off, I feel bad for the single waitress they had. She was trying hard. But a single person can’t serve an entire restaurant. Aside from that the visit was so horrible we got up and walked out. From the rap concert that was happening in the kitchen and the vulgar language from the cook we had enough. Will not go back.

This has to be the worst Dennys in the state! The service was horrible, it took an hour and half to get half our food, and never received the rest of the food. We had to repeatedly tell our server (catera) what we ordered. The poor other server was hustling trying to do everyone elses job while they drug their feet doing nothing. We watched 5 tables get up and leave while we waited on our food. We will not be going back!!

I don’t usually write reviews like this, but our experience at this Denny’s was so bad that it honestly needed to be said. From the moment my mom and I walked in, there was zero welcome or friendliness. No “hello,” no “how many?”—just a curt instruction to “sit at a booth.” That was it. We sat down expecting at least some service or acknowledgment, but we were completely ignored. menus brought over and placed hard on the table, no coffee offered just what do you want to drink, no one even bothered to check on us.
While we sat there, one of the staff loudly complained that the coffee was bad—right in front of customers! The whole place looked and felt neglected. The floors were sticky, the tables hadn’t been wiped properly, and there was visible dirt and clutter around. To make matters worse, there was an actual rat outside on the curb. That alone says a lot about how poorly maintained this location is.
After several minutes of being treated like we didn’t exist, my mom and I finally decided to just get up and leave. It wasn’t worth waiting any longer to see if anyone there actually cared enough to do their job.
Back home in Helen, Georgia, the restaurants take pride in what they do. People greet you with a smile, they check on you, they treat you like a guest—not an inconvenience. Even small hometown spots manage to show real warmth and care. Sadly, this Denny’s in Bryant couldn’t have been more different.
If this is what passes for service here, then something is seriously wrong with the management and the training. The Denny’s name should mean a place to relax and enjoy a good meal—this location completely fails to live up to that. Between the lack of basic hospitality, the filth, and the absence of accountability, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.
Until they clean up—literally and figuratively—I’d advise anyone to steer clear of this place.
