This place seemed to be understaffed. The hostess was also the waitress and maybe even the cook. We needed to relax from driving, so we didn’t mind waiting. But the bourbon chicken was worth the wait. It was really good.

The sides came on the plate in their own little bowls, and the steak was properly cooked well done as I ordered it. It had a nice flavor and there was no part of mine that couldn’t be eaten. No gristle. Even the small amount of fat was chewable. The steak was dry, but it reminded me of how my mother prepared it, and the flavor more than made up for it. I had a soda refill during the meal, so all in all I give it two thumbs up. I would eat here again.

Wow! The service was terrible. The waitress was not on top of her duties. As I told her we would not have to wait to order we knew what we wanted. So she began to take our order and gave me a hard time because my baby wanted fruit for his 2 sides w/ his T-bone steak, she said that it didn’t come with fruit as sides , I said I understand but could she maybe just bring the fruit she continued to make it more difficult so I just asked her to give him mashed potatoes w/ white gravy and an order of Mac-n-cheese from the kids menu which should have came w/ 2 sides ( being the fruit that he wanted) but he didn’t get. My other baby ordered chicken fried steak and fries , I ordered a Patty melt. Well she didn’t even bring the food out to us another waitress did who was actually very polite and helpful. Well I smelt my Patty melt and it was awful, it smelt spoiled. I sent I back because I didn’t want an All American Patty melt. I wanted an original Patty melt Swiss cheese and rye bread. Well the original server comes over and asks how everything was I told her it was fine since the other waitress took my food back so they could correct it. Well she said she would make sure that it was done correctly and brought the same food out and all they had done was scraped the other cheese off which smelt terrible and changed out the bread on one side only. Lol the bread was burnt to a crisp the first time and when they took it back well a picture says it all.

I had an excellent experience at Denny’s thanks to our server, Jonathan❤️❤️❤️❤️. He was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome right away. Our drinks were always refilled promptly, food came out just as I ordered, and he checked in at the perfect times without ever being overbearing. Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure everything was great, and his positive attitude really stood out. Truly one of the best servers I’ve had. He made the meal so much more enjoyable!

Hannah went above and beyond today! Even with only one cook and one waiter working on a busy Sunday morning, she handled everything with such grace. She was always polite, smiling, and attentive, making sure everyone was taken care of. The food came out quickly and was excellent quality, which really shows the teamwork she helped make possible. Hannah’s positive attitude and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful morning into a wonderful dining experience. Truly impressive!

My Dad took my baby and I to eat at Dennys this late morning early afternoon and I was blown away by our experience. The whole remodel is very nice and breaks up the large space. Our server was hands down the best server I’ve had in North Platte in a very long time!! Her name is Chrissy. I can’t say enough about how great she did and had the most sweetest calmest demeanor. She offered to take my 2 year olds order right away and it came out in mins! It was a wonderful idea as she was getting antsy to eat. Our food was also ready in a timely manner and just as fresh as delicious as we had hoped! Thank you so much for a good experience!

You have cooks who have no clue on how to flip eggs. I ordered overeasy and I get burnt overhard eggs that have sat for awhile. They could care less about the plates they put out.
Then you have servers who would actually bring a plate like this out to your guests. I’m not one to complain much and don’t have time for it.
I definitely won’t be a returning guest.
