Had lunch with my wife mid day and it was great. In and out with really good service. Marcus was our waiter and he did a great job appeasing our needs. Only 2 ‘complaints’ if you will were, we ordered boneless wings and got bone in (no biggie, we still ate them and they were delicious) and it would go from warm to cold and back warm as far as the temp in the area we sat. They were so short-handed it was absolutely ridiculous. People expect to wait when they go out to eat especially on a weekend regardless of whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, not only were they short staffed making the wait to be seated longer, the hostess seemed fine when she was speaking with employees, yet absolutely miserable when she had to do her job; the weight for everything was beyond acceptable, but the waitress seemed happy to take care of her customers. All but one person in our party of 5 found their meal to be less than edible. We all agreed it would be our last time visiting Applebee’s.

For the money with today’s ever rising prices, you can’t beat Applebee’s 2 for $25 menu! We could have ordered an appetizer, but each got a nice big salad that was very cold and fresh.

My family and I went out for a mid week dinner tonight. Fun Arizona weather of 118 degrees today had us literally crawling in .. however the restaurant was nice and cool which was a pleasant treat. Our server Timothy was very cheerful and polite. We never had to ask for refills as Timothy made many rounds to each of his tables to make sure everyone was happy. The food as always was fast and Amazing .. and again our Timothy was there to give his expertise advice and suggested the best desert by far!! Good job Applebee’s and again good job Timothy!! You put the A in Applebee’s!

Took our waitress over 30 minutes just to approach our table. So of course we were ready to order. Took another 20 minutes just to get our drinks. When the food arrived 2 people in my party didn’t get their fries. I believe our waitress was new, as I could see at least 2 of her other tables were also having problems. When we spoke to the manager she could’ve cared less. I don’t blame the server as much as I do the management. Clearly she needed help & was not given to her. The manager spoke to her often while we were there. I’ve been there many times & never had any issues. Hopefully this will not become a pattern
