Very disappointing experience. The food looked extremely greasy and unappetizing. The utensils and plates felt oily, which completely killed my appetite. I tried to convince myself to eat it, but it was very hard when everything looked and felt like that. Cleanliness and presentation matter a lot. Unfortunately, I would not come back here again.

Got some chicken skillet and it came with no chicken. And the potatoes were so soft because of how greasy all the food was. I told the waitress and literally had to ask her to have them still make the chicken for me. Even tho she felt I should just forget about the chicken because she wrote down that I wanted eggs with it, (it offers it for $1.00 more) anywho Got my almost birthday boy the birthday pancakes and it came out dry and no frosting and sprinkles. My son who is almost 4 said where’s the topping at. Then had to ask for that. The waitress was in the worst mood ever and totally brought it upon me and my child. Just gloomy and made me feel uncomfortable being in there as if I was a bother because they didn’t get anything right with my order. I go to check out and signed up to earn rewards because I still planned on giving it another try another day. The barcode I was told to have scanned before I pay didn’t work the two times she tried it and then was zero help. Not to mention all of that mess with my order and she couldn’t even comp the kids soda I would not return after her poor service

1st time here. Also last. Dirty glass. Inattentive server and worst of all, old fish! Fish should NEVER smell fishy! It should smell clean! Maybe like the clean ocean, salty. Seated immediately, but it was a 40 minute wait for the food! Was not impressed when the charge machine’s tip options started at 20%! They try to force you to choose a very high, sometimes inappropriate tip amount. Not what they deserve. Hopefully they are getting a good base wage! Choose your own custom tip! If the service and food are great I tip graciously! Not today. Won’t go back!

Waitress was fast and friendly throughout our visit. Food tasted good, I had the omelette, and coffee, cost almost $19, just didn’t seem like enough food for the price. May wear a sweater, wasn’t very warm in there.

Had an amazing meal. Our server, Sara was very friendly and helpful. The cook, Heather, made my food special to order. The place was clean and had a very pleasant atmosphere. The General Manager, Dixie came to the tables. Price was good. Altogether a great time!!!

This was a horrible experience. We ordered for pick up and while waiting we could see and hear everything. Manger and cook arguing. Staff member eating what liked like mozzarella sticks and placing it on the counter and then proceeding to cut up banana without washing hands or wearing gloves. I am sure person who got their fruit cup with bread crumbs from mozzarella sticks is really happy

I stopped in for fuel and decided to grab something to eat and I’m so glad I did. The late shift did a great job preparing the food and the waiter was awesome also.
If I’m not mistaken Heather cooked the T-Bone steak that I had and it was cooked perfectly and was definitely the best Denny’s steak that I’ve ever had and among one of the best steaks that I’ve ever had. Even the mashed potatoes and broccoli was perfectly cooked.

Our server (Rylea) went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was as good as she could make it. Recommendations and continuous availability made it a first rate experience. Remember, this is at a truck stop! She even chased us to the parking lot with a cellphone we had left at the table.

By far the best experience and service we’ve had at this place is a long time. The last few times we ate here the servers were more interested in their cell phones and social hour than actually interacting with or checking on any customers and the wait time for food was incredibly long – the last time we went we had almost 90 minutes wait to get our order for a table of 4 in a restaurant that was only about 1/4 full if that.
Tonight was different. The wait time for food was average for the type of stuff ordered and the number of other customers in the restaurant. Although I don’t find their food spectacular (I’m particular and they did away with my favorites years ago) it was decent and my kids were thrilled with what they ordered. But the best part of the night, and what is making me actually take the time to leave this review was our server, Rylea. She was welcoming, kind, attentive, friendly, and engaged freely in conversation with everyone at the table (3 kids included). She was so patient and helpful with my indecisive kids as she helped them with getting their orders sorted out with substitutions.
