Arrived at Dennys approximately 10:35am. Ordered All American Slam… which is scrambled eggs and cheese….toast….and hashbrowns fairly simple meal. Took them until 10:55 to bring food out. It was not busy when I arrived but started getting busier after I was seated and ordered. Was told cook is fairly new and manager went back to help so it was taking longer than usual. It took them 3 times to get the hashbrowns cooked. The first two times the hashbrowns were not fully cooked. I didn’t receive them until 11:20. Then waitress was supposed to bring me a refill on ice tea. She kept forgetting and finally brought it after I was finished with my meal. Service was friendly enough, but not timely with meal to table. Waitress kept apologizing for delay, but did not make a conscientious effort to bring drinks or check food status. The cooks and wait staff need better training to take care of the customers better.

It has been a while since I have been to this Denny’s location.
Stopped by for lunch. We were greeted promptly and quickly sat. Our server was very polite, professional, and attentive.
There are many great options to choose from. There are also great new menu options to order as well.
The food came out quickly. It was well prepared, had an excellent presentation, and was hot & fresh.
I would definitely recommend stopping by.

Arlela gave an excellent service! She was attentive and kind! Made sure we had our as soon as it was ready and kept my coffee filled with lots of vanilla creamer:) Thank you so much for our breakfast. I can’t wait to do another mother/daughter before school breakfast again.

I went to Denny’s for the first time at the Bloomington location and I did not have a good customer service experience. Nevertheless, the food was good over there and I wanted to give Denny’s another try at a different location. I absolutely do not regret my decision at all. This location is so much better and the inside is so clean. I was served by Nicolle K. She was very friendly and nice. I ordered some steak and eggs. Those were cooked perfectly. The medium rare on the steak was on point, and the scrambled eggs were delicious. One thing I would change is the plating. It felt like whoever plated my food was trying to fit everything into one plate, and so when I tried cutting my steak, there was barely any space. Otherwise, everything is great here. Even up to when I was waiting to check out, a kind gentleman who appeared to be walking out of his shift told me someone will be right with me. Everyone at this location is so nice and I love this Denny’s!!! I will be returning 🙂

We came in with a large party (20+) at 3am before a commitment ((sorry)). The manager, Jaye, served us and he is genuinely the funniest person ever. He was such a good sport serving us, and I have nothing but kind things to say about him. Our other servers, the restaurant itself, and the food was wonderful as well.

Nice they have an age 55+ menu.
Only unsweetened tea, otherwise sweet comes with raspberry.
No coke 0, so stuck with water.
Not a place I care to come back to!
