Came here during a rush and they were working to try and get everyone seated and out. Took a while to get the food which was understandable given that I was seated along with five other groups at the same time. The people here made sure everyone got what they wanted and checked in to make sure everything was going alright. I got the value slam and was pretty full off of just that.

My Server, Nevaeh was nice. Ordered the Steak Breakfast(Sirloin) MEDIUM WELL. When it came to the table I could look at it & tell it was OVERLY WELL DONE. I wanted to cough just looking at it. It was almost impossible to cut through. They send out another steak..by this time, my sides are cold & the 2nd steak they sent out was half the size of the 1st one, so I declined. The manager offered no compensation for the inconvenience, just simply took the price of the steak off. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this location. Spent $40 & a $10 tip for a meal for a 7yr old & myself that completely pissed me off.

Darrin in Cal City was a treat. Even though we showed up at a very busy time, he was so patient and didn’t make us feel rushed or like we were in the way. He even was training in the midst of it all, but that didn’t stump his service whatsoever. He was also very charming and had a great beard but hopefully we come back and have Darrin as a server again

I’m evaluating my experience, which felt mixed. The food was acceptable, but the atmosphere did not meet expectations. The venue could benefit from improved cleanliness and upkeep; the space did not feel as clean as it should for a dining environment.
Service was satisfactory, and I’d like to acknowledge Ms. Yvette. She was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding, and she is the primary reason I would consider returning.
I understand the building is old, but that should not preclude regular updating and cleaning. Given that this is a food establishment, cleanliness is essential.
Ms. Yvette’s service was excellent, and I hope the facility staff can address the cleanliness concerns to elevate the overall experience.

I went in earlier for a little late breakfast. I definitely was not disappointed. I got a simple breakfast with some extra eggs and fries to go. Only thing that stood out to me was the building itself looked dirty, the windows needed cleaning, the parking lot was covered in trash and just debris from the street flying all around the floors and in the grass. I would probably come back to Denny’s at some point, they had some cool new breakfast items that I still want to try.

Ordered breakfast, it arrived as described in the menu. Warm fresh food plated nicely and service was good. They were a bit short staffed for the floor, our waitress was doing 2 jobs that morning. But, she made sure to check on us whenever she could.
