My family and I stopped at this location this morning and I must say that we received the best service we’ve received in awhile. The server Steve, was polite, timely and very attentive. We arrived around 9:20am-9:30am and were promptly seated, shortly after, we had our drinks and placed our order. The food came out rather fast even though there were a few other customers present and once delivered Steve checked to make sure everything was up to par. This experience alone would have me coming back to this location more often, if only we weren’t passing thru town. Thanks for the amazing service Steve!

Came in on the way to the Renaissance fair and was lucky to get the best server Steve. Brought coloring stuff for the kids, was attentive but not overly so. Super kind guy! EVERYONE GO SEE STEVE! Food came out quick and was perfect.

Very slow service. Took our waitress 15 min to start bringing drinks (coffee and water) to us. One of us got a hot chocolate and that took over 25 minutes. Were not busy. Had plenty of staff. Food was just okay. Normally get eggs Benedict but not good here. Definitely not the best location and we normally love dennys.

What started good ended with a horrible experience. I get my food and it was wrong after saying I don’t want fries I’d like a salad. I asked my server that I’d like salad and he’s like tight I forgot and brought it. Now take a close look at the salad (cucumbers) If you knew they weren’t good why put them on there. So I asked Amber the lady in the picture with her mask being improperly worn if she can come to my table. She said one second and never came. I asked her about 10 min later if she forgot about me and she said “I’m busy and I’m not your server” very rude and disrespectful if you as me. Then my server came over and asked what’s wrong and I asked to speak to the supervisor. She agreed with my on the salad saying it should’ve never been giving out and she apologized. I said may I have my receipt I’ll pay for what I ate which were nachos but not paying for what I didn’t eat. I forgot to mention I was going to be charged for my meal and I said I didn’t want it. But this experience was horrible and I know there are worse but some customer service with both amber and the cook might need to be reviewed.

Its very neat and clean. The coffee is really good. The food presentation was very good as well, and thats saying a lot for a Denny’s, and the cook did come out and ask me about my meal. Its a truck stop location, so even I was suprised how good it was.

STEVE was awesome! Historically my family hasn’t really had the best of service here, but we like Denny’s so we always come back.. that changed tonight. The BEST service we’ve ever received and all while being short staffed! It was just Steve and a cook doing it ALL (serving, running food, register, etc.). He really went above and beyond and we will now always request Steve as our server if he’s there! Thank you!!!
