Couldn’t get anything right. Basic understanding of customer service & communication skills non existent here. I ordered lumberjack slam with no pancake. I get brought out lumberjack with extra toast (8 slices) then when I mentioned to the waiter if that was the case I could have just kept my pancakes. She informed me that was not an option because her system won’t allow it. Even when I paid for the whole meal initially. After some back and forth she blames me for her not explaining to me how Denny’s “system works”. She then brings pancakes and said don’t worry we won’t charge you extra. I paid at the registerand to my suprise! I was charged extra for 2 sides! Fortunate for them I was on my way home when I noticed the receipt. My whole plate was drenched in oil. My scrambled eggs were more like deep fried eggs. My advise save your money and buy yourself a ramen noodles soup and you won’t be disappointed. Denny’s you have to do better.

We stopped here during a road trip and had a very mixed experience.
One of our meals never arrived. So for over 30 minutes, we tried repeatedly to get the servers attention and were ignored each time. We ultimately had to leave with one person in our group still hungry while the rest of us finished our meals.
The food was good but good food does not make up for such a dismissive service.

Ever since patricia, the old manager left, there has been no smiling faces working hear and thay are short staffed and I think they’re losing money, they should get the old manager back here and give her a raise.She was here a very long time and did a great job! Where to start i felt welcome the moment i walked in! Im from out of town and nothing to eat in my hotel room, so i walked a few blocks and found this gem of a dennys. Man who appeared to run the show was awesome and food hit the spot! Thank you for the great experience! If only the dennys in st pete fl was this good!

I love this Dennys. What a location, AH Rd & Algonquin. Easy in and out and parking. The food is scrumptious breakfast food, eggs, bacon, french toast. The Dennys Rewards club always gives you bargains, often free food. Today, I was waited on by Juan N, who was courteous, attentive and made me feel special. Thanks!

Food here was not it. Took an hour for my food to be done and came out burned and cold. Chef was was swearing at the poor sweet waiter. The were cleaning with dirty mop water right Infront of us while we ate and it was nasty. OVERALL BAD FOOD. Only good thing was the sweet girl that was our waiter she even gave us free dessert. If I was able to give zero stars it would’ve definitely been that.

Haven’t been to a Denny’s for quite some time. We were staying at a nearby hotel, so it was close by to walk to for dinner last night.
Food was great. Ordered their breakfast slam special. Food was good and filling. Their strawberry lemonade tasted good also. Our waiter was very attentive and he did a great job.

Would give zero stars if I could. Service was terrible from the moment we walked in. Served did not greet us and when she did she had an attitude and told us to seat ourselves. Okay cool. Waiter comes out and takes our order COMPLETELY RUDE and IDIODIC. My companion asked for a sunny side egg up fried hard and he’s trying to belittle her asking if they want scrambled treating them like a complete child. Trash service, wonder if it was because of the color of my skin.
