After avoiding this location for a very long time due to past experiences with long wait times and poor customer service, my son and I decided to give it another try today—and I’m so glad we did.
Our visit today was absolutely one of the best customer service experiences I have had. The food came out quickly, everything tasted great, and the entire staff was friendly and attentive.
A special thank you to the manager Kathleen, our servers Malachi and Charles, and the two cooks, Hector and Gilberto working today. Everyone did an amazing job and made our dining experience superb.
I was so impressed that I tipped the manager, both servers, and the cooks. That’s how great the service was.
If this level of service continues, my son and I will definitely become returning customers at Denny’s in Roseville, MN.

I get steak and eggs as a weekly treat and I am always impressed with the quality of the meat and the cook I am lucky enough to get each time thus far has seasoned and cooked it perfectly. One of the few places I’ve not needed steak sauce, particularly given the price of the steak itself. I’ve dined her many times with my wife and with my best friend- we go all different shifts and the servers are ALWAYS very friendly!

My food had long hair in it. Could not eat it. Play gross me out. There’s only one cook in the place and one server. The server had to run the cash register to. I do not think it was any other hair that was in the food. Can I give the food to zero.

The food here was SO good!!!! We have not gone to a Denny’s in a long time and decided to stop at the Roseville location, 10/10. The staff were very friendly and the cooks cooked our food quite literally to perfection. This will be our favorite Denny’s!

The St. Paul, University Ave., location breakfast does not compare to the Roseville location. The 55+ Egg & Cheddar w/two pancakes and choice of meat is always enjoyable at the Roseville location, not sure why the St. Paul food isn’t prepared the same but it’s worth th extra 5 to 10 minutes to travel to Roseville. One thing Roseville should do is turn down the Air Conditioning, we froze!!!

I think this location needs a lot more staff. When we went it was about 2 servers handling the whole place. To be fair the pace of things wasn’t the worst, they did do their best, but because of lack of staff it was rather slow. Food was so so. We actually had to use plastic to go utensils as they were short on cutlery? Overall we probably won’t come back as it seems not equipped to handle many much service.

Im not sure if coming in late at night is why the service is so slow but there was many times I came in after work to eat here and and I would have to wait sometimes 10 minutes to be asked if I want a drink another additional 10 minutes if im ready to order and then like 30 minutes for the food to actually be served to me
It seems like everytime I come as well, there is like 1 person working in the kitchen and then 1 maybe 2 people in the front so im not sure if it’s just a staffing issue on why the service is slow. I’ve even seen a man get up and walk out without even being able to order anything because he was highly upset with the staff for not asking him if he wants a drink or anything after hes been waiting for over 20 minutes
Again, im hoping if maybe I came in the daytime service would be better but this is just my experience as I usually come here after 10pm

It’s a great place to get some comfort food and breakfast items. Food was decent. Very middle of the road. Prices were okay. Everything is expensive everywhere now, so I won’t hold them accountable for being a little more costly than I was expecting. Despite seeming to be short-staffed, the service was great and the food came out hot and with speed. No complaints. Very hospitable staff.

Malachi provided outstanding service!!! He went above and beyond to ensure our group was pleased. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and their experience! The food was great. It was served quickly and arrived hot.
