Did not get a refill on my kids soda. The burbank bacon burger was missing items when confronted the server was told sorry we are out if that and the host should have told you. You are our server who took our order you should have told us before we got our food that they were out of items for the food we ordered.

We had a great experience here! We come here every year when we visit traverse city. We came in for brunch, and we were greeted by the manager and seated very promptly. He was very nice. We had Shawn as our waitress. She was phenomenal. Shout out to the kitchen as well! My food was HOT when it came out and I could tell a lot of care went into making our meals. Thank you guys so much! Very clean establishment!

Came here for breakfast with my husband. They were short staffed, but they handled all the customers with empathy and calmness. Once we were seated, they quickly took our order, and the food came out within minutes, fresh and hot, by our very pleasant waitress.

I placed an order several hours ahead of time and the order got confirmed via email. My other friends ordered later on, but when we got to the building there was nobody there even after we knocked on the door several times. Nobody ever answered our call after we tried for over ten minutes despite the store being open according to Google maps, and I have no idea how to get a refund. Extremely disappointed.

I come here often and the food is really good. I always order the choconana pancakes. My son ordered the triple juicy burger and loved it! There is usually only 1 server for the entire place. They are extremely understaffed! If you happen to go there and she is working alone, please be kind! She can handle it, but be kind! Shawn will get to you, but don’t go if you are in a rush as it may take a bit.

Had a pretty good dinner here. Including us, there were two other tables with people dining so it was pretty quiet. Service was pretty decent seeing as though our waiter was a trainee and their trainer had called off. Food was cooked as ordered and came out hot. Coffee tasted a touch burnt but I’ve found that it’s usually just the preset temperature of coffee makers.

Leaving a review to give a shout out to the front of the house staff today. One gentleman at the host stand (also responsible for seating, dishes, and checking out guests today). Politely informing guests there was a longer than usual wait (20 min) as they were short staffed. The waitress (shown in the pictured receipt) was so busy but never let on that she might have been overwhelmed. She was so polite and maintained great service. The food was good and the restaurant itself was in good shape. But mostly I just wanted to give the deserved praises to the two staff members I interacted with. Good job today with running the show. You deserve a raise

My wife and stopped in at Denny’s in Traverse City. While the restaurant was clean, it appeared to be in need of some repairs, and the front door was a bit difficult to open. Despite being short-staffed, our server made sure that we were well taken care of. Unfortunately, our omelets were slightly overcooked and the Ultimate Omelet was missing some ingredients. However, our server quickly rectified the situation when I showed her a picture of the correct omelet from the menu. While I will not be giving up on Denny’s, I may not return to this particular location.
