I went with my significant other for a breakfast date that turned bad.. my food was overwhelmed with chocolate in the pancakes, His food was made multiple times for being undercooked! They served raw meat! It looked clean until we got to our seating as there was dirty tables and booths. I am not impressed.

I just spent almost $100 on 4 “slams” 3 choconana ones and one of the banana and Carmel ones. I got plain ole pancakes with no bananas or anything on them and no syrup. I also paid an extra dollar something for cheese on the eggs that I didn’t get. I called and from the moment the woman came on the phone she was rude and had an attitude. She said “what were you missing?” All rude because “she made the order” then after I explained it. No less rude said ” you can come back and get the bananas I guess” I said by the time I get all the way back for the bananas and syrup everything will be ice cold. She said “well I can’t remake it for some bananas that’s almost $100 worth of food ” I said exactly I just wasted $100 on plain ole pancakes with no syrup or anything. I won’t be ordering from you guys again (this was my first order) and she said “ok have a good night” and hung up in my face. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and a waste of my money and 20 minute drive each way. DO BETTER DENNYS!! 0/10 do not recommend

Honestly will never go back! Service was terrible on a Saturday night. My waitress was saying it’s so busy, it’s so busy. Yeah. You think?! It’s a Saturday night. Defiently service from my server but forgot to get vanilla creamer twice. My fiancé ordered a omelette, it had black char on it from the grill. Didn’t even finish it. I never once touched my salad. Couldn’t anyway. Our waitress never bothered to take our appetizer plates off the table before our entree came to us. The only one at our table that enjoyed anything was my 13 month old that had fries and Mac and cheese before we stormed out. Regrettably payed for my bill. And horrible cashier service for the person cashing me it and that was star gazing so much so even give me my receipt. HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE FOOD. Need to say it louder. DO BETTER DENNYS. Or don’t. We won’t be back to find out.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Denny’s! Everything from the food to the atmosphere was perfect. Our server Xavion, truly made the visit exceptional. He was incredibly attentive, quick with everything we needed, and so polite the entire time. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, but Xavion went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal.

I don’t usually write reviews for chain restaurants, but the service I received from Kye at Denny’s was so outstanding that I felt compelled to share my experience. She wasn’t just good; she was, without a doubt, the absolute best server I have ever had at any Denny’s location.
From the moment she greeted my table, Kye was a ray of sunshine. She was friendly, genuinely attentive, and incredibly efficient.

Just had the worst dining experience I would say I’ve had in a while at this establishment will not be returning. The server was rude. Dismissive and completely ignored us. Made the wrong order then gave an attitude when they had to replace the order. We only got one drink the whole time we were there. Never even offered a refill in fact had to chase the server down and still never got a refill. Completely dissatisfied and will not return to this establishment.

Xavion was my server and he was absolutely wonderful! I would come back again and again for just his service alone. He was professional, attentive, informative, and delivered our food quickly. We got put onto the rewards program and was able to have a great experience that we haven’t been able to enjoy at this establishment in a long while.
