When Waitress was taking order, I pointed my finger at my choice which was Country Fried Steak Special for 9.99 I added a diet soda and when she approached me with the bill, I reviewed it and noticed that I was charged 14.49 for it. My bill with tax came to 19.15! I told the Waitress that she had made a mistake and apologized. She then went to adjust it, I thought. Another woman came to the table and said She could not change it. She said “You received 2 patties instead of 1, which cost more. I can’t change it” then walked away. She came by one more time. I told her that I pointed my finger at what I wanted, which was what was pictured. The price said 9.99 therefore, that is what I should be charged not the 14.49 she told me that it couldn’t be done. She said her Manager Al told her that. Great Job Al!

Stopped by Denny’s for brunch. The food was very good. There was a lot of food and the price was decent. The service was great as well, and we didn’t have to wait long for our seats or the food. I’d recommend you try it sometime, especially if you are on a budget.

We stopped at the dennys on del prado in cape coral thought we would give it a second chance after a year, last experience was rude customer service from the first step into the building, ee never even sat down just walked straight back out. We give the waitress Valerie 5 stars but the food and the manager deserve less than 1 star. Manager is very unprofessional and outright rude to customers when they are dissatisfied with their meal, extremely unprofessional, not a good look for dennys since they are front and center day in and day out. Food was old dry and some Luke warm rest cold within seconds of receiving. Very disappointing experience.

Cooks did not show. Manager is in kitchen cooking. Told 40 minutes to wait for food. I guess we understand that people just don’t wanna work anymore. The waitresses are trying and atleast they are pushing out food.

Rarely does a Denny’s disappoint me. This place was open when all fast food establishments in the area close their dining rooms by 9pm and Danny’s took me in. Their Zesty Nachos I believe to be the best nachos on this side of the Mississippi. They are consistently good. From here to Chicago, they are most excellent. The waitress was nice and I loved the decor of the place. Love you Danny’s.

Wish there was a 0. Saturday 430am for breakfast. After literally 15 min wait for water,waitress took order…There were only 3 tables of people in there . Then after 1 hour!, food arrived wrong. Had to leave and go to Stuff a Bagel(always great)

Went with a friend after being totally disappointed with another place. Haven’t been to Denny’s in years. She wanted a burger. Just what she wanted! I got one too.. Toasted buns!! I mean – besides me who does that any more?!?! And I don’t care for fry’s but these were good!! Thanks Denny’s!! Oh yeah Dora was our server – great job! Keep smiling

This Denney’s on this day had the best fried chicken breast salad. The salad ingredients were what I expected in a garden salad. The chicken breast was fried to perfection and was juicy and hot. The ranch dressing was of good quality. Overall was very impressed with my dining experience.
