Bad experience all around. My husband and I both ordered burgers. When we went to pick up the food, one of the workers (Brunette lady with missing teeth) was bickering at me because I grabbed my food bag with my name on in while there was nobody around to greet us. Then I asked if another bag on the table with no name was ours as well and she said no because there wasn’t a name on it. We got in the car and I checked what we had and we were missing food. So I go back in, waited 2 minutes, and another worker greeted me. I told her I was missing my side of hash browns and my apple pie dessert thing. I told her that the bag on the table (that the lady said wasn’t mine) looked like mine because I saw ice cream in the bag (my dessert came with ice cream). Then the bickering lady came back over and insisted that it wasn’t mine because what I was missing wouldn’t be the amount of food that was in that bag. They had to get another worker and one of the cooks over just to tell me that that was indeed my bag. Then when I finally get home, I take a couple bites of my burger and it’s pretty much raw (as you can see from the picture). Idk what’s going on with Dennys, but you guys need to get your act together. Now we wait to see if I get sick or not…

Your food was absolutely terrible. My sons fries looked days old with oil dripping from.them. We threw them in the trash. Service sucks my takeout food was left on a table not even behind counter I watched a man walk in touching bags to look inside to see if it was his. Then the lady didnt even want to look to see if those was my bags told me to wait I had to look myself she got attitude. Assumed I was a uber driver even though I had my 3 yr old with me slammed down sheet to fill out for Uber drivers lmao I told her my food was paid over line and im.not a Uber driver. Never again will I visit this place absolutely horrible. And it was dirty out front by door littered with trash and used face mask. Just gross.

We had a great family experience at the Denny’s in Cape Coral. The Latina manager was incredibly attentive, kind, and made us feel very welcome. She truly cares about the customers and the atmosphere of the restaurant. Our waitress was also friendly, patient, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Everything went smoothly, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of as a family. We will definitely come back and recommend this location.

This Dennys offers thier typical menu and affordable options. Looks a bit rough outside but clean within. The parking lot entrance is tight, use the back of building for more room n parking. Large staff keeps turnover fast.

I’ve have never experienced this at this Denny’s ever. The sampler was literally fried in old oil and you can taste it. my pancakes were cold and the waitress was very loud. There was no orders on the screens and only two tables at the time we got here and ordered. The cook literally waited til he had a full screen to start cooking. I sat here and watched all of it unfold. I didn’t even want to even order my next order of pancakes. Door dash orders were backup. My daughter’s hash browns were under cooked. She was only able to eat her steak eggs pancakes. By far the worse experience I’ve ever experienced. $52 on the worse food.

This Denny’s is one that I’ve gone to for most of my life. Growing up here we would always eat at Denny’s because it was easy good hot food. Not this time. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a need to go back into this place, and it’ll be a long time before I go again, if ever. Food was all cold. Sausage especially was almost ice cold. Fries over cooked to death. Sandwich not even warmed on the griddle and honestly just the most mediocre breakfast I’ve had in a long time.
Go to a local business and support them over this place that clearly does not care. Gross behavior from management too. Side note, our server was lovely, girl go get a job anywhere else, you’ll be so much happier.
