Well went with my family server took drink orders quickly and but then took 10 mins to ever check up on us and then the food came out everything was basically ice cold and when we told them then (just to clarify we all ordered over easy eggs) the eggs clearly told us they just through the plates into a microwave and heated everything back up honestly never come back again. also when we entered a table left and it took the staff a half hour to clean that table soo along with wanting forever for are food it came out cold and then their solution was warm it up in a microwave if i could have it would have rated zero stars

First time here at this location. Visited 2/27/26 for breakfast. The 2 ladies at the front are fantastic! They were busy but kept a great attitude, so polite to everyone that walked in and they greeted everyone when they left. Spot on service, super friendly! Just moved to the area and we’ve tried most of the breakfast spots in Haines city. By far this one is the best when it comes to service that’s genuine, friendly and welcoming. I was impressed by the amount of regulars they had too! That’s a true testament of their hospitality! Well done!

We had breakfast this morning at Denny’s Haines City. We were warmly greeted by Lavonda. She took our order, brought the food & noticed that powered sugar had been added which we said on ordering was a no-no for us. She return the french toast quickly. It probably could have stayed on the grill a little longer, but was good. She was prompt with asking if we wanted more coffee. When we mentioned the French toast, she said that we should not hesitate to let her know if something was not right. This young woman should be teaching other servers how they can multitask with a wonderful attitude. While we were there, some customers she remembered came in. One of their usual group was missing. They told her he has passed. She came around the table & hugged the lady. It was so real & touching. Lavonda, remember the name. She made our day & probably many other people.

We recently visited our second Denny’s location, and it was a complete turnaround from our disappointing experience at the first one. This location exceeded our expectations!

The was really good,hot,and fresh. I can’t give a 5☆ because the steak was a tad bit salty. I was really surprised I quick the order came! I think it’s the fastest Dennys I have ever been to. The you Karen W for the really good service.

This is definitely one of the better Denny’s locations I have found in the area. The service was very friendly and the food was good. It was definitely busy, but we were able to be quickly seated without any issues. The restaurant itself can be a little tricky to spot since it is attached to a truck stop and gas station, but it meets everything I would expect from any Denny’s location.

Great ambiance, clean restaurant, and my waitress Carrie did not disappoint. Carrie took her time to explain the menu. She asked if we were allergic to any ingredient in our chosen food. She went her way to make me a banana shake ( off menu) she is a great human being. I can’t wait to dine here again. 5 out 5 recommend.

Food was cooked very good. The only problem, though that the turkey was a little bit dry but the gravy and stuffing made up Come for it. Mashed potatoes and gravy great portioning great quality great taste. Denny’s is going to the right direction for its comeback. ✅
