Food here is always top notch. All 5 sauces stocked, clean stoee.

But I can stand in front for 10 minutes waiting to be noticed. Heck ive sat that long in the drive-thru waiting too.

This is one of the best Arby’s in every way, except the service.

Rude girl in drive thru. Fries were refried so they were empty and hard. They take 3 minutes to make fresh and you guys make everyone pull up to wait for food anyway.

This is the second time I have been extremely disappointed with my order. This time I ordered thru door dash. I only got one drink ordered 2 combos. Sauce from the wings all over everything. Asked for no sauce on my sandwich and its covered in sauce. The bread is soggy. For a company that boasts they have the meats both sandwiches had barely any meat. Mozzarella sticks tasted old. Guess I will just have to stop ordering from here. Its a shame one of my favorite places and definitely not worth what I paid. Delivered super quick yet still food was cold.

Absolutely fantastic service. Great attitudes! Friendly people, clean restaurant, fresh and FAST food, wonderful experience. Remodel looks great too. Could not have been more pleased. Food was on the counter faster than I could pay. Amazing!

Went inside to order thinking it would be faster. Not the case. I waited about 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged to order. When I mentioned to the employee that I waited 10 to even be acknowledged, the employee didn’t seemed to care and even said to me that he didn’t acknowledge me because he had other priorities. When I got my food (1 beef n cheddar and 1 fish n cheddar) the food was cold (the fish tasted rubbery). I didn’t send my food back to be remade because I didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes. This was my first time eating at this Arby’s and won’t go back. Next time, I am going to eat at another Arby’s location. If I have a bad experience the next time, I will not eat at Arby’s again.

Arbys is the only fast food that can consistently make you wait more than 15 minutes. They can have no other customers and still struggle. It’s sad that on a 30 minute lunch break i can’t eat there because I won’t get my food withon 30.minutes…

3rd time in a row. Get home with complete wrong order. I ordered a number 9. Chixken and Swiss with crinkle fries. Get home have roast beef sandwich and curly fries. Even on the receipt is wrong. I read it on the screen so obviously its the peoples fault. its drug test time. Never will go back to this location. Happens ever time
