Was there at 22:50, it took the waitress 10 minutes to come get my order- 9-grain pancake Slam (just the beginning). After that, I went to the restroom where the same waitress and the incoming cook were talking in the back sitting area and discussing his not wanting to go in the back room because the other cook (leaving as his shift was over) needed to stay and the waitress informed him that he had to go in the back to work. After 20 minutes, I finally got my food-3 pieces of burnt bacon, shrivelled up greasy sausage, and black hash browns. The waitress apologized and informed me the cook was drunk so she asked him to remake my food. Then I got my pancakes- not 9-grain but regular. I then, got my food remade with my eggs with cheese. Again, everything else was overcooked and the hash browns had residual burnt stuff from the grill all in it. The eggs were the only thing worth eating. So, the other waitress goes in the back to make me some hash browns, which came out under cooked (not crispy). According to the waitresses, they were both new- one only there 4 days and the other only 2 weeks. The cook clearly couldn’t cook in his drunk condition. Apparently, the manager was called but had his phone on silent and couldn’t be reached. Plus, it took over 20 minutes to just get checked out.
The gross negligence of the entire staff contributed to a bad experience. People were walking out of the restaurant as they weren’t getting waited on nor getting quality food.
Overall take, my dogs ate good.

Amanda is very efficient, friendly, and patient, and they have good customer service. On the other hand, the food was awful. We waited almost an hour for our breakfast, and when it arrived, it was cold. It was unpleasant; it wasn’t what we expected. They brought things we didn’t order, and I had to remind myself what was missing from my order. I wouldn’t go back.

We came here because we wanted to enjoy a nice breakfast. We think we have to Say that the portions are generous and service is sooo nice ! Olivia is an adorable person and is absolutely professionnal , she is patient and so kind. I heard her talk to her colleagues very respectfully. She is doing a great job ! Thanks to Madisson also, who is very nice. We are French and will come back again for sure.

The last time I ate pancakes at Denny’s was literally in 1994 with my grandmother (and I’m pretty sure we ate here at this exact location). I eventually ended up moving out of state for several years. After returning to Florida, you could say that I kind of experienced quite a bit of a “culture shock”. I’m not sure if it’s because of the political climate (I’m totally not political), the low wages/high cost of living, or possibly the cold weather that we’ve been receiving so far this season!? Either way, I became sort of beat down by many of the “changes” that have been taking place in this area. In order to “keep the good vibes going”, I decided to take my daughter out to Denny’s for birthday pancakes tonight. I’m leaving a 5-star review for 3 reasons: first, VINNY. Second, the food. Third, the atmosphere/music. I was absolutely blown away by the kindness and hospitality that I received from Vinny. This man is a top-quality human being. For starters, he honored all of our coupons, even though my phone application was acting sort of wonky. He checked in with us often to see if we needed anything after we received our food. He even treated my daughter to some yummy birthday eats. That’s not even the best part. Vinny wouldn’t even let us leave him a tip! He wished my daughter a happy birthday, and told us not to “have a blessed night”. The food was absolutely outstanding. I’m not going to lie…I was afraid that the food may be greasy. Absolutely not. I was actually very impressed by how delicious our pancakes and hash browns were ! Last but not least, the music was upbeat, and the dining area was very tidy. Vinny made our night. This man has absolutely no idea how much of a positive impact his kindness left on us. “Love one another”. Enough said. Blessings to Vinny and to everyone else at Denny’s!

Not very busy but took forever to get a table…ordered coffee & it was $4.29 a cup!…she brought us 1/2 cups of coffee & took our order…no smile or any kind of friendliness! Got our food & that was it…never came back with more coffee or to ask how our food was. Another couple came in & ended up leaving bcuz they never got served. We had to ask for our bill…Very expensive for mediocre food. The manager cashed us out…again no smile no friendliness & didn’t even ask us how everything was.

I am visiting out of town and came here with my friends. There was 1 server working while the others were busy yelling at other people. Unprofessional. The pancakes and omelette that we ordered made us throw up and ill for days now. The ranch was green??? The bathrooms, floors, windows, and store looks like they haven’t cleaned in years. Horrible smell coming from the short manager and the kitchen. The manager also stood around and did nothing while the 1 server was the only one trying to keep it together. My waitress was fantastic and holding the place together. She was short and asian. I will not return and will be telling everybody not to go here! i feel bad for the workers who are stuck at that poorly run restaurant.

Oliva (the waitress) service was TERRIBLE. Mind you there was only 2 other tables with people at them. First of all we sat down 4 of us. The waitress came over to us about 10 minutes later. Took our food and drink order since we had 10 minutes to decide. She took another 10 minutes to bring the drinks. She never made sure we had silverware and napkins we only had 2 sets for 4 of us. Meanwhile our appetizer of cheese sticks sat in the window for about 15 minutes, before she came back to the table. (We got these about 20 minutes after ordering them) they were cold. She never came back untill all the food was in the window. Than I see my sandwich in the window while the cook has to cook everyone’s else food. Got my sandwich was so cold I sent it back. She never came over to ask for drink refills, but she came back to bring our bill. She turned around so fast I could even ask for a box. We had to go the counter to get a take out box. This was the worst restaurant and service I have been to in awhile.

There was 1 cook and 1 server and a trainee. We waited an hour and we were fine with that. There was a group of foreigners behind us that did nothing but complain about the wait andthe servers. The server Olivia and her trainee were doing the best they could do. The cook was swamped with tickets but got the job done with quality. The food was good and the servers were great! Give the workers a break. You dont know what is going on behind the scene.

Where to begin? I waited 23 minutes for someone to take my order. The table wasn’t clean. The silverware wasn’t clean. It was hard to tell, but it seemed like the waitress wasn’t very experienced, but I can’t put it all on her. The place didn’t seem very well-managed. I was told by a friend afterwards, “Oh, Denny’s? They’re all terrible.” I hope that’s not true but I’m hesitant to try another one anytime soon. Too bad, because the coffee wasn’t bad and I have good memories of Denny’s that… were a long time ago. Well, def. avoid this one.
