We’ve eaten here several times in the last year. Meals always meet expectations. I feel they are one of the better Italian choices for the area. Very nice interior setting and great food with large portions to boot.
I will lament that our last visit was with my wife and my parents. This is a party of 4 and the restaurant was roughly at 40% occupancy. Not a particularly busy night at 5:45p on a Thursday in the winter. The service was less than friendly and took a somewhat rushed approach. I’ve noticed this trend in our last 2-3 visits. Considering that dropping $200 for meals feeding 4 ppl is not an issue for good food but when wait staff exhibit such a lack of patience in answering questions about the food and choices I question their choice of vocation. Maybe don’t choose a job that deals with the public if they irritate you so easily. My parents are elderly and I’m about 60 yrs old and at our respective ages we feel the lack of patience & tolerance from a younger wait staff person really dampened what should be an outstanding experience considering the food & ambience quality. Due to the general price of the food the tips should be quite beneficial at an establishment like this so service should be commensurate with that package. This is approaching a rant status so I’ll conclude by saying that management should be more aware of the service quality and how it reflects on their establishment. We all have bad days but maybe don’t share that experience with the guests through impatient service, it does affect the overall enjoyment of the evening and makes dropping a $35-40 tip feel like why? For what?

The Avacado Caprese salad had an amazing flavor. (Fresh whole avocado halved then stuffed with pesto & EVOO marinated fresh mozzarella pearls, sweety drop peppers and grape tomatoes.)
The house meatballs were also excellent. The sauce was cooked well and similar to my mother’s. The meatballs were tender (although i prefer chopped garlic inside over onions)

We took my daughter here for her birthday. My wife and her split the Cacao e Pepe and Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. They loved both, especially the Cacao e Pepe! I had the very good Linguini Marinara with meatballs. The food is too generous. We ate to our fill. We brought home enough for several more meals each!

After reading the reviews hubs and I decided to give this place a try. Atmosphere was nice and the restaurant itself is pretty small. We ordered one of the house proclaimed specialties – chicken Parmesan. It was easy to figure out why this place gets such high ratings. It’s not that the food is great, it’s because the portion size is ridiculously huge. We split the entree because we are traveling and didn’t want leftovers. There was an $8 split charge – ok, no problem there. The entree came and it was massive. We couldn’t finish it. The chicken was okay at best. Definitely not outstanding. The sauce was on the sweet side and there was a huge amount of penne beneath the chicken.
If you want quantity go here. If you want quality go elsewhere.

Very, very good food and service! Our table had truffle fries, which were good and I had the spaghetti squash dish. Very good and a really reasonable price! Will definitely go back.

The Italian dishes are excellent! They take reservations and due to the limited size of the dining area they do set a time frame for you to vacate your table but the quality of the food makes it a very well worst visit.

Food and drinks are on point! Prices are very reasonable for the huge portions. Service was a tad slow which we understood as it was a full house, hosting two parties to boot! Friendly & helpful staff. Clean and comfortable dining area and bar. Will return soon.

Was really looking forward to this bc it’s local and bc I’ve heard nothing but rave reviews. I was expecting an experience parallel to Arthur Ave based off what I was reading and hearing. The Caesar salad dressing was bottled dressing. Caesar dressing is literally the easiest thing to make and a staple at an Italian restaurant, why is it coming out of a can? The service was inattentive and we sat and waited for our bill for twenty minutes while the bartender reconciled her guest checks and did her side work. I would not return. It was lackluster.

This place is absolutely incredible! It’s hard to get reservations and now I know why. The food is amazing!! We loved everything we ordered. Starting with the calamari, it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had. You can tell everything is cooked from scratch, with fresh quality ingredients. My favorite thing is the meatballs. We order 2 on the side w/ our chicken Marsala. I highly recommend coming here for dinner, if you can’t get a reservation, come in early and sit at the bar. The service is fast, and the vibe is cozy.

We have been there twice and both times have been awesome-the portions were huge and very good. The owner Theresa always comes around to talk to you and the wait staff are also great! We definitely will be going back to try the pizza that we hear great reviews about! So glad they are doing good! We needed a great restaurant in Hudson Falls! Make a reservation and go there-you will not be disappointed. Best restaurant around! ❤️❤️❤️
