Cool concept. All you can eat but not cheap quality. Very good variety and upscale pizza place. Unique flavors you would not expect on pizza but are very good! Try the dessert pizzas.. they don’t sound good but they are!

This was probably the worst experience of my life.
The pizza, especially the pepperoni one, was simply burnt. Even our teenager, who eats any pizza, even from the supermarket or Domino’s, didn’t want to eat this pizza.
The sausage was so burnt that we couldn’t even taste it.
And I would have returned it, but unfortunately I had to just throw it away, as there was no way to go back to the pizzeria.
The other one was better but still a little bit burnt

The service is very good, the atmosphere is also very good, but the pizza is really awful, it doesn’t have tomato sauce and there was onion juice at the bottom of the box, no salt or seasoning on the chicken and catupiry cheese slice. I don’t recommend eating at this location because they don’t know how to make Brazilian-style pizza.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Delucca in Plano! I had a large party reservation for their semi-private space for a birthday celebration and they delivered exceptional customer service on every level. The food was delicious, fresh and cooked to perfection from the arugula salad, meatballs, lobster bisque, savory and dessert pizzas it did not disappoint. Special shout out to Noah for being a phenomenal waiter, he took such great care of us and the servers just keeping our plates full all night. The management, Rebecca & Israel are great to work with and take pride in creating a memorable experience. You know how great a place is when your guests flood you with texts after an event to let you know how much they enjoyed the food and tell you their favorite dish. Will definitely be back soon!

We had such an amazing experience at Delucca Gaucho, and Noah truly made the night unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without ever being overbearing. He made sure we never missed a slice and kept the table cleared and refreshed the entire time.
Noah’s energy was great — professional but still super personable — and he genuinely seemed to care that we were having the best experience possible. He answered all our questions, gave great recommendations, and made the whole dinner feel elevated.

Absolutely fantastic pizza! There are so many flavor combinations to choose from. Dining in is such a treat because you get to try the various signature pizzas, but ordering whole pizzas to go for a party is equally delicious!

I liked this restaurant because it reminded me of my time in Brazil. But this last dining experience was a disappointment. It seems to be moving away from its Brazilian roots to being more generic for the average American pallet. Even the music is generic pop and country now. The service is still top notch but the food selection and ambiance has, in my opinion, taken a step back.

We had such a wonderful experience at Delucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine in Plano! Our server, Finn, was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. The variety of pizzas was amazing—my favorite savory one was the Mexican Elote, packed with flavor, and the Dulce de Leche dessert pizza was absolutely the best way to end the meal.
I also tried the Raspberry Lemon Drop, which was delicious and refreshing. Next time, I’ve already got my eye on the Fresh Pear Martini—it sounds just as amazing as everything else here.
A highlight was the birthday celebration—those sparklers on the cakes really made the night feel festive and special. And you can’t beat the all-day happy hour on Mondays and Tuesdays, which makes this place even more of a must-visit.
