This spot was packed when we arrived and after eating here, it’s easy to see why.
The service was friendly and the food did not disappoint. Seating is first come, first served, so you’ll wait outside in line, but it moves quickly and we were seated before we knew it. Once inside, everything ran smoothly.
We ordered the Eggs Benedict, a breakfast burrito, and corned beef hash with eggs, topped with cheese and served with home fries. Everything was delicious, classic diner-style breakfast done right.
If you’re looking for a solid breakfast spot with great service and satisfying comfort food, this place is definitely worth the wait. I’d happily come back again.

This place was recommended by a few people who
Have been here. The food was good and the prices were very fair. The service was very nice and you can tell they work very hard. The restaurant is a little dated but that shouldn’t matter it speaks its age and I personally love it. They have booth and table seating which was nice because I don’t like booths.

Fantastic service and delicious diner food in a very nostalgic diner setting. We also tried the root beer float which was perfect. The cheesy eggs were very good. I thought the French toast was ok – it was thick slices of toast – cooked well just not something I would get again. Overall great experience.

A Strip District classic! a great hustle & bustle spot for a hearty breakfast. Super fast friendly service and delicious food. Big portions flying fast out of the kitchen so food is always hot. A can’t miss when you are exploring the Strip!

First time eating here and had a great experience. Our server was friendly and explained things thoroughly. She even gave us her honest opinion of foods and even offered to replace it if it was as bad as she mentioned. I ordered the country friend chicken that came with biscuits, gravy, home fries, and eggs. I appreciated her honesty when she said she thought the biscuits were horribly crumbly. She offered to give me something else if I thought they were bad once I ate them. Honestly, I’ve baked worse biscuits. These were a bit dry, but that’s where the gravy helped. Rest of the food was good. Overall, I really enjoyed my food and experience.

This is the best breakfast food I have had in years! Now this place is not very big, and there is usually a line to get in, but that should tell you something. It’s very big portions so be prepared for that. They cook everything to order, and the place is amazing to sit and watch. So many to go orders going out also. I have the omelet and it was so darn good. The bacon was just how I like it, not burnt but still chewy, perfect. Great servers and food is done rather fast even when its packed.

My first time here. Not a disappointment! Our waitress was fantastic even though she proclaimed to be “the meanest waitress ever”far from it. She was a joy and seemed to love what she does. All of the staff seemed to be happy there. Very refreshing. The food was fabulous! We will be back!

Classic “dahn tahn” Pittsburgh diner with great food and great staff. The French toast is really good as well as the breakfast burrito with the chorizo (very spicy).

Downtown Pittsburgh on the strip. It was a busy home football game weekend. We waited in line to get in. We waited for our food, but it was very good and very nostalgic.
