We had a great meal here. The lobster bisque was delicious. Just a bit spicy- which made the soup spectacular! I had the boneless ribeye. It was really flavorful. My spouse had the petit filet and that was excellent too. The service was very attentive and great help for us. Dessert was the banana cream pie and we loved that. A really special night here!

The staff made this a truly special meal for my wife and I. We don’t eat at really fancy restaurants hardly at all, but we are glad we decided to splurge for this place. We started with salads, the wedge salad was good but definitely overshadowed by the house made organic baby greens salad. The potato croquettes were our favorite side dish, and the boneless ribeye au poivre style was the star of the show. The banana cream pie was outstanding, the perfect over-the-top ending to a wonderful dining experience.

Delmonico Steakhouse delivers a classic, upscale dining experience with an elegant atmosphere and truly exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive, professional, and perfectly paced throughout the evening—every interaction felt polished and genuine, which made the experience feel special from start to finish.

The ambiance is exactly what you expect from a high-end steakhouse: warm lighting, sophisticated décor, and a comfortable yet refined setting that’s ideal for a celebratory dinner or an elevated night out. The overall energy of the restaurant strikes a great balance between lively and intimate.

As for the food, it was very good, though not quite unforgettable. The steak was flavorful and cooked properly, but slightly tougher than expected for a restaurant of this caliber. While it didn’t reach that melt-in-your-mouth perfection, the quality was still solid and enjoyable. The accompanying sides and presentation were well executed and complemented the meal nicely.

Overall, Delmonico Steakhouse shines in its atmosphere and service, which are truly on point and elevate the entire experience. While the steak itself could be a bit more tender to reach excellence, the combination of ambiance, hospitality, and consistency still earns this restaurant a well-deserved five stars. It’s a great choice for a polished dining experience and one I would happily return to.

Fabulous food and service. We were able to get in without a reservation after seeing a show. Our server suggested the BBQ shrimp and it was excellent. The bread was fluffy and tasty. Our sea bass and steaks were cooked to prefection with excellent flavor. Cheesecake was great. Good wine choices and margarita was refreshing. Bonus it has a bathroom inside the restaurant, instead of going into the food court.

If you’re looking for a solid steakhouse with a little bit of a southern twist, this is your spot.

Personally I think the deviled eggs and the gumbo were a little bit of a let down, but how often do you see gumbo at a steakhouse? The Fois Gras was delicious when it came to the appetizers.

As for the steak and sides, my steak was perfectly cooked but overall I didn’t it find it to be anything aside from well executed. The sides were good as well but, once again, short of being something phenomenal.

That being said this is still a solid steakhouse and traditional for the most part. It’s hard to go wrong here if you’re not expecting something to blow your socks off.

Also, if you’re into whiskey, the whiskey selection here is one of the best I’ve ever seen at a steakhouse.

I have been here many, many times with my family, it’s usually a Thanksgiving tradition. The food is always amazing, the service is always stellar. Such a beautiful steakhouse to sit down and enjoy a beautiful meal with anyone you love. The restaurant is amazingly accommodating, the drinks are fantastic. I have 0 bad to say about this steakhouse and I’ve been 5+ times. Kudos to everyone on staff!

Had a wonderful and delicious time here at Emeril’s steakhouse. Stopped in for some gumbo and dessert and was not disappointed.

The gumbo was top notch and the banana cake was so good, I ate over half and it was the size of my face haha.

You won’t be disappointed

Also, the staff was wonderful!

I came for the famous banana cream pie but stayed for the prefix lunch. The prefix is definitely good value. The gumbo starter was great. Deep rich flavor, deliciously satisfying. The steak salad was fine. I think the salad itself could be a bit more exciting. And my steak was more on the done side. But the banana cream pie was as good as I’ve heard. Not overly sweet with great crust and just enough cream to keep it together. Loved the coffee too. The space is elegant and service attentive.

We had VIP service and it was the best dining experience of our lives. Our party of 8 had an amazing time. The staff were incredible and took time to talk to us about their kitchen process and restaurant operations. A once in a lifetime experience for us with Chef Ivan. The food was some of the best we have ever had. We will be back!

My husband and I stopped in for lunch at Delmonico before heading over to the Sphere to see the Wizard of Oz. We were celebrating my birthday. It was nice and quiet. Slow since it was a Thursday afternoon. Service was attentive and we elected to order from the prix fixe lunch menu with a few upgraded items and side dishes added on. The food was wonderful. We both started with the beef carpaccio. I had the salmon for the main course and my husband had the filet medallions. We each had the banana cream pie. We added a creamed spinach and the potato croquettes as sides. Everything came out fresh and flavorful. Wonderful value for an upscale dining experience within the Venetian.

The service was impeccable. We were only one of three couples dining for lunch since it was the middle of the day on a weekday. The ambiance was amazing. I loved how light and vibrant the decor was and the seats were very comfortable. The staff worked well together. There was never a time where any crumbs were left on the table (they would come around after each course and clean up the crumbs on the table linens). Our drinks stayed full. Our utensils were swapped out with fresh ones between courses. Our waitstaff genuinely made sure we were comfortable and pleased with the food and service. It was a pleasant surprise when they brought out a birthday card and a scoop of banana sorbet with a candle to help celebrate my birthday and offer their well-wishes. It was a nice addition that complimented the banana cream pie that came with the prix fixe menu and made me feel special on my birthday.

My husband and I are Las Vegas locals and have already booked our next reservation at Delmonico for the day after Valentine’s Day when we will be returning to the Venetian/Sphere for a concert. We can’t wait to try their dinner service next time!
