One of the only places in Beaufort County to serve exclusively vegetarian food! Our restaurant is small, but our passion is enormous. We have a whopping 0.07 acre lot where we grow, harvest, prep and serve our fruits and vegetables. Our produce is organic and always within sight of our kitchen window. There are about 34 steps between the kale growing in the garden and the salad bar, where we prepare our massaged kale salad. Food that fresh has about double the nutritional value of imported foods.

Exceptional smoothies, wraps, bowls, soup, tea & service. The owner is so friendly & kind. I am so grateful we found this gem on the island. Wish they could open up a spot near Greenville, SC. Locals should be so lucky to have this place

I visited this place twice while visiting Hilton Head and love it both times. Amazing for vegetarians, and my meat-eating husband also enjoyed it. The So-Cal wrap was amazing as was the sampler bowl. We also tried a smoothie which was delicious. Appreciate the mini size smoothie option. Service was excellent as well.

Fantastic fantastic fantastic. First the young woman who waited on us she said she had been working there for 2 years and she had another job too as a florist. She said she really liked working at delicio and she really liked her boss.
Make such a difference when you have good workers who love their job
The atmosphere was fantastic I like that its natural food is wholesome food it’s living food. You walk in and there’s actually lettuce growing outside in pots
The menu is extensive I couldn’t believe it so much to choose from
The young woman was very patient with us because we just couldn’t decide
I ordered a wrap called chili wrap
And my sister ordered yum yum I think those are two spring rolls and he also had a bowl
I think it was called the Buddha bowl
Anyway the food was ready quite quickly
The presentation was fantastic
And The taste oh wow unbelievable
Unbelievable unbelievable unbelievable I love raw food unbelievable
I went back in after my sister paid and I got three dressings to bring home
There is another worker there too and she was just as sweet as pie
If I lived here I would be at this place every day
the owner should be very happy with their customer service and their workers outstanding

Maddie & Blake have created our favorite place to get a yummy bite of nourishment. This is by far the best place on Hilton Head to get all of the fresh colorful fruits and veggies that connote an array of vitamin goodness.
Lauren always delivers when it comes to customer service. With our frequent visits, she has gotten to know us by name – l exceeding all expectations.
Enjoy a bite in the beautiful garden outside, or on a hot/cold day it’s always fun indoors as well.

We didn’t realize this gem has been here 14 years! But, I am thankful we finally discovered it on our last trip to HH. Better late than never!

Charming inside. Not very much indoor seating, but cute spots right outside the front door, and another area off to the side.
We made up for lost time & visited here multiple times during our stay. I care about what I eat, and this place delivers with clean food, fresh ingredients, and it’s flavorful vegan!
I tried the So-Cal Wrap and it instantly became my favorite! They made it gluten-free for me with a rice paper wrapper. I enjoyed it for breakfast many mornings ☺️
The Salad Sampler was my next favorite.
Traveling home, I didn’t want to have to worry about finding healthy food on the road, so to-go orders kept us filled on the way home.
I also loved the Kale Chips. The Nutritional Yeast giving a nice cheese taste.
I almost forgot to mention the service! Always friendly, welcoming and helpful. A place that you feel impelled to come back to.
I wish I could have taken this cute place back home with me & plopped in on Main Street in Downtown Hendersonville, NC! I miss it!!!

Very cute spot in HHI it was my first time there and loved it, the atmosphere is welcoming and warm and they have actual good plant based and vegan food. I ordered a S green detox, s soup of the day, a budha bowl and a yom roll everything was amazing very tasty, fresh and healthy I absolutely recommend this awesome place. Will be back!

One of the top requests from our kids every year on Hilton Head. The smoothie bowls are so fresh and tasty – and beautiful! – the French press coffee was perfect, and the hummus was an amazing mid day snack for my wife. The staff is super patient and willing to answer questions like “what is monk fruit?” we will absolutely be back!
