This place is not what use to be back in time. I went there at 6pm on a Saturday and I wasn’t able to hear the girl taking care of me because the music was extremely high, weather I had to really raise my voice or basically read lips to understand. It was such a disappointment experience.

This restaurant used to be nice but today are over priced for food served NOT HOT with too small portions! I wanted to actually order a little more food when I dined in but only wanted a portion of the main entree without having to order a lunch plate with everything on it and asked the owner who then said by itself it would cost what was a high amount and told me to get a lunch special for a better deal which I obviously didn’t want! I said since I just ordered and had food could he give me a deal on what I requested as a courtesy. He said NO! And I said you’re THE OWNER AND CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT! I will never go here again!

Honestly not worth the money go to cardid on south broadway the food was blend and looked like it was sitting there for hours and it was over priced my plate was 90%rice $12.49 for that garbage definitely will not be going there again and just a added kicker for the horrible service i went and compared pictures cardid is clearly better and prices are better spent $7.90

Delicias Caribeña isn’t a fancy place, but the food is absolutely delicious—full of rich, home-style Dominican flavour. The space isn’t brand new, but it’s always clean and welcoming.
What really makes it special is Soli, the lovely lady who’s been there every time I’ve visited. She’s incredibly sweet and kind, and her warmth adds so much to the experience. You feel like family when you walk in.
The prices are very fair, and whenever I’m nearby, I always stop in—even if it’s just for a cafecito. It’s the kind of simple, down-to-earth spot that stays with you. Highly recommended if you’re after real Dominican food made with heart.
