They didn’t get my order right at all! Now I’m stuck paying almost $8 for a gross sandwich.
Update: I was emailed by the owner at 8:30 at night and they offered to remake my sandwich. Really, 8:30pm, sure let me drive downtown to finally get the correct order before I go to bed. Emailed the company to see if I could get a refund. They replied and asked for my information to make it right, I emailed them my information and have herd nothing.
All I wanted was a refund since they obviously messed up my order. It’s like they just wanted to say they reached out, but never really wanted to do anything. I would rather they just no reply at all instead of wasting more of my time just so they can pretend they did something.

Sandwich was good and service was fast, but very disappointed that the Chicken Pesto Sandwich wasn’t available here, especially since it’s displayed on the menu!
If something isn’t available at a location, it shouldn’t be displayed on the menu at that location. This is pure laziness by Deli Delicious, I’m sure every location just gets the same image to put up regardless of location because the company can’t take the time to customize it per location. Not coming to this location again.

Let me paint you a picture. You’re a regular guy. You figure during your lunch you’re desiring a sandwich. A fine ham and salami. Alas a Deli Delicious is in your area! So you walk in. It’s hot. Really hot. Like where is the AC hot? Oh wait there is none! Oh well. You go and order your cold cut sandwich of choice. And upon that order you tell them basic instructions. No onion or tomatoes please. You exchange currencies, in my case $18 fine American dollar bills. Come to find out upon receiving your offer, alas! They made a mistake! But see mistakes can be overlooked! Nay, not this occurrence for multiple times they have made careless mistakes! They put onion! And took the lettuce! I enjoy lettuce and they took that away! Went into deli delicious. Was the only one there. I ordered my food, I asked for salad pickles on the side and specifically said I want 6 of them. Cashier rung them up. My meal was 20$. I got my food, went to my car.. checked my bag and no pickles. I went back into deli delicious, told the lady they forgot to place my pickles in the bag. She said “oh sorry, we were supposed to charge you $1 for them” I said ok? So instead of telling me that you just don’t place them in my bag? I clearly paid for everything else willingly. By this time my card was in my car. I’m 4 months pregnant, it’s hot outside and they are demanding for me to pay if I want them. I told them if i was rung up to pay for them, I would have! They say ok well you want to speak to a manager. And the manager just stared at me didn’t approach me. At first the service was great, but after I ordered it got busy and they got overwhelmed and couldn’t even do something simple as give me pickles. It’s the principle of the situation. I won’t be going back to this place. I also ordered my sandwich cold, no toast. And the sandwich was warm, like they don’t have their meat/veggies cooled.

The salads aren’t worth what they charge. I’d go else where for a salad.

There are at least three other sandwich places within walking distance. I prefer this store. The wait time is not too long considering they are busy and prices are good for what you get. Lobby and outdoor seating is kept clean. The street it is located on is designed for foot traffic and is nicely landscaped.

Expected more from a Deli Delicious (DD). I have had several great experiences dining at various Deli Delicious locations, however this location did not meet my expectations. I usually order a medium sandwich when I get DD. This time my sandwich looked smaller than other mediums I have ordered. They didn’t put mustard & the bread wasn’t toasted, as requested. The other lady who wrote a review on here is right, they don’t put a good amount of toppings on your sandwich. My sandwich was thin & skimpy! If you can, do yourself a favor & skip this location to go to another DD.

I ordered a tuna avocado and sprouts , no lettuce , sub extra sprouts. They hardly put any sprouts and when I asked if I can get more the manager said she had to charge more, for sprouts?? I have never heard of a sandwich shop charging extra for veggies like lettuce, sprouts or tomatoes. I said no lettuce sub extra sprouts, $11 for a small tuna sandwich and she raises her voice and says everything is extra! I will never return here or any deli delicious again.
