HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. The main small guy with the tight shirts and headset was extremely rude, it was my first time there and I was asking questions about the menu. (Normal) The guy was very short with us and seemed as if he was upset we were there, at first and we tried to think nothing of it. Two times, I asked if the food was ready at the window. He responded extremely rudely and SLAMMED the window in my face before I could even respond to him or ask him a question. TWICE he did this, and he made the experience at Deli Delicias and Fresh feel uncomfortable, unwelcome and unpleasant. Don’t know if he was the owner or what the deal was, but you should never just SLAM the door in someone’s face. He was definitely trying to be sassy Lol.

Been here twice, and will be back again! The food was delicious, the portions are just right, the ingredients are fresh and meats cooked to perfection.
I recommend trying an agua fresca, too. The pepino limon is my favorite and perfect for hot summer days.
It only has outdoor seating which may be the only downside during colder weather.

The chilaquiles were so good! The top was nice and crunchy, the rest a little soggy (only because I took forever to eat them) in the best way. Had just the right kick — kinda like Hot Cheeto spice. Would buy again!

The best torta place in SM. Everything in the menu is delicious. They have a variety of items to choose from. I recommend the freshly made orange juice or the agua frescas and you can’t go wrong with any torta here. The service is amazing and very welcoming.
