To Whom It May Concern,
3 days around 10:00pm, I had an unpleasant experience at the Huntington Beach Del Taco drive-thru. The manager on duty (a Hispanic male who identified himself as the manager) maybe he said his name was Albert but I am not sure he was unprofessional and rude. When I asked about a refill, he not only refused but dismissed me in a very disrespectful manner, even after I offered to pay. I had just worked 10 hours and I was thirsty.
I don’t believe someone with that attitude should be managing your restaurant, and I hope this is reviewed and addressed appropriately.

Coming here for work lunch this week, casual fast food, employees are helpful and have a good attitude. Never missed a single item this whole week eating here, id pick up three orders and never missed an item. Good deal with the boxes and 2 for 1 deals

Came to eat lunch after getting cat food at pet store Ordered a double cheese combo regular size my sandwich came my sandwich looked like it was punched And it had two bottom buns instead of a top and bottom And one piece of meat That looked raw Then when I showed it to the lady, she wasn’t very helpful and I said please get me another sandwich. This is horrible and I showed it to her and she didn’t even say sorry and then the other guy brought my sandwich out When I went to look at it, it looked like somebody spit on it I am never eating at Del taco again. This place is horrible.

This is a new location so it’s clean and modern. The service is quick and the food was good. Their drive thru seems to do a ton of business but they move the line quickly. Employees were polite and responsive to guests. Good place.

People are friendly at this location, but the food absolutely is horrible. The smallest portions ever. Look at their pictures and then look at what you get. They’re not even close. I’m pretty sure the owner of this location doesn’t care and continues to tell them to make food like this because there’s no one in the right mind that would actually make Food like this. It has any pride there’s another Del Taco about a mile or two away. It’s worth a drive.

Worst Del Taco. Don’t know what happened here. They used to have the nicest staff and food was good. The staff that was working on late Saturday 08/19/23. They didn’t give us all our order and charged us for it the girl was rude and accused the door dash person for stealing our food. She was an idiot. On top of that I think they messed with the food, the bean & cheese burrito tasted horrible, bitter taste in the beans and they ran out of sour cream, weird!!! Fries were all day old fries as well. Get new night staff and people that are not rude. Magnolia/Atlanta much better and nicer. Best Del Taco is in Barstow and Baker! They fill their tacos like the old days, this Del taco rations there meat, lucky if there’s a teaspoon of meat in the taco and there’s only 1 chunk of a tomato on top of the Del Taco, learn how to make peoples orders, all the pics and advertisement looks nothing like what you get, consumers beware!!!

I think I may have aged out of fast food to me it is not good food it is too expensive and I got a $7 box which may or may not be available by the time you are reading this I was surprised at the quantity it was more than I thought I would receive
