I went through the drive through, the employee spoke clearly. I liked that they asked if I wanted the green sauce in the cheese quesadilla, which I stated no and the quesadilla was really good. I appreciated the option presented to me. I got the food pretty quickly.

Their are (2) guys one at the drive thru window, a new cook, and another female employee.
Everyone on this shift are very professional, attentive, making sure the orders are correct & food it hot!!

When asking to use the restroom, had to be escorted to the bathroom to have it unlocked, then in the facilities there was human feces on the toilet. The bathroom was incredibly uncleanly, there was no soap to wash your hands. This facility is a health hazard. The staff is also incredibly rude.

I ordered 4 Del Tacos, and what I received for my money was an insult to me personally, as well as an insult to their corporate image as a desirable fast food restaurant chain. There is a picture below of what the Del Taco website promotes of what their Del Taco should look like. I have also posted the empty sorry excuse of a “Taco” they gave me. This was a drive through order, so they knew it would be difficult to check tacos without making a mess. This is not the first time this type of extreme skimping has happened. It seems to occur in about 1/3 of the orders placed here. I am always respectful and polite when ordering, so this wasn’t retribution for my rudeness. This is either a case of bad management encouraging extreme portion controls to make themselves look good to corporate, or an incompetent careless employee that doesn’t care about doing a good job. You would think that for $20 per hour they could find someone that would know how to make a Taco that looks like their own picture example! I used to enjoy the food here, I hope they can find a cure for this ongoing problem before they loose all their customers.

First time eating Del Taco! Drive-thru employee was nice and patient with my questions. Very helpful. The family was satisfied with the fiesta pack box. Got 6 bean&cheese burritos with green/red sauce, 3 hard shell tacos and 3 soft tacos for less then $20. Got home and the order was correct. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu. Everything seemed reasonably priced.

What an awful experience. Some machine was beeping from the time we entered until the time we left non-stop. They would open the door so the cold air was hitting right on us while we ate. We got the breakfast meal but the hash brown sticks didn’t even fill the bag halfway. In fact, we both got five sticks. Even the tortilla was dry and old. I wouldn’t go there again.
Another thing that’s annoying is looking back over the previous bad reviews. The owner comments that he will look into things. And wants us to go to their website and report this again. But I see there is still no locks on the bathroom doors like somebody complained about long time ago and all the things that were reported long time ago have not been fixed. So The owners just placating everybody by pretending to care and respond to our reviews.

I get it, it’s fast food but this place sucks. The guy at the register acted like I ruined his life by coming in. I asked for sauce and that was more of an inconvenience. My burrito just fell apart while trying to eat it. The fries were fresh and store was clean though.

Our drive through guy was the best experience that I’ve ever had from a drive though. He was so delightful and helpful. Most drive through people are stale and upset if you ask for a few more hot sauces but he was so nice and we left with a smile on our face. The food was hot and fresh and I just needed to thank him for the experience. We love you del taco!

I got fries, three del carbon tacos, a chicken soft taco, and a bean and cheese burrito.
I went from this location to los alamos that’s ten minutes out maybe 8 because it waa 10 at night and no traffic
The corn tortilla fell apart so fast and if you have ever made corn tortillas at home you know that when they are not heated right and eat it right out of the package they will fall apart.
One other thing happened but I won’t mention it because it wasn’t a big deal to me. But after this when I got home I now know that if they say they will take something off I will let them and not be nice and just say it’s okay.
