Super basic. I’ve never been till today. I thought it was a generic Taco Bell, but my taco was over flowing with meat and cheese, Taco Bell never done that for me! I would definitely return.

Got charged twice once for someone else’s order of $45.39 and again for what I ordered which was $3.79. Before I even paid I told the drive thru attendant that the price he quoted me was incorrect. He then apologized and rang me up for my proper order of $3.79, but what happened after I gave hime my card was fraudulent charges of $45.39. This account happened on 6/14/23 at 6:30pm. I for one do not appreciate this kind of service.

Wow. Reviews don’t lie. Having a line at lunch is a surprise? Del Taco doesn’t trian ownership/management this and to staff accordingly? Employees freaking out, customers walking out mad. It’s simple. Get some trainers in here. Don’t come here for lunch unless you can wait a while for your “fast food”.. update. Don’t go inside if you come. They prioritize the drive threw.. 30 min wait with 4 customers inside.. sad

As a regular customer of del taco, I am pleased to say that this is one of my favorites to visit simply because of the quality of the staff. I have always been treated as top priority and have consistently witnessed extremely professional work ethic coming from an employee named Conner. I am surprised he is not working for a higher class corporation. Get this young man a raise!

Our order was taken incorrectly 3 times at the register. Our order was short items, and one meal was customized incorrectly. Staff was quick to correct the mistakes, so I am appreciative of that. Would not stop for a second trip.

Was very slow for service and we ended up getting a refund back and no food after waiting 30 minutes. Was disappointed for a fast food joint. Maybe it was just a bad day for that location and under staffed.

Absolutely atrocious customer service im pretty sure they spit in your food 80% of the time. Not to mention the food is disgusting and cold. I opened my soft taco and it was a slimey mess of meat mixed with old brown lettuce. Do not go here unless you want to eat dog food and be treated like an animal as well.

They shut down the grill 3 hours before closing, so we couldn’t get what we came for. Overall it’s okay for fast food. The person who took our order was nice and polite, and the food was hot and fast.

Worst Del Taco in the area. They don’t listen to your order requests, and they show no consideration for how they prepare your food- which in my opinion is the worst thing about them. Broken taco shells, food all over the place except in the damn tortilla. Its ridiculous. Someone at corporate needs to fix this place.
