When we got our order. The shift manager asked if we wanted any sauce. I said yeah we would like a bunch of each and she counted out three of each or total of 9 for 12 items. She acted like she was paying for him out of her pocket. Will never go back to that location

Drive-thru. Slow. More often than not, must have CASH. Too many times I hear we cannot take cards at this time. Food is sloppy in preparation and presentation. Portions vary greatly depending on the time of day and who is preparing the food. Fountain drinks are terrible. Bad syrup to soda calibration.

Thank you Del Taco. Your dining area was open til 10 pm or later. You’re a life saver. Went to Del Taco on Murrieta and Newport at 9:39 pm. Lobby was closed even though the sign on the door read open til 10 pm. Went to the restaurant on Newport and Menifee Rd and walked right in. Was greeted with friendly people and enjoyed the atmosphere.

This is the first fast food restaurant that I have been to in months where the tables were actually clean and they appeared to have a sense of pride in the way they’re stored looks from the customer’s View. The food isn’t my favorite but it’s palatable.

Passing through this town we stopped in for a quick bite. It rad about 11am. I was quite impressed with the cleanliness, the modern decor and menu options. The staff interaction was just satisfactory though or else I would of given 5 stars. The staff at the counter didn’t greet us or anyone in line nor did they smile. Our food order was as expected and tasted fresh.
