Otherwise probably wouldve been 3 stars overall.
We visited here. Since I had my kids (all under 10) I decided to sit at a table and order on my phone. I went up to the counter a few times to ask for napkins and the drink cup I didn’t get. Every time I went up (3 times) the employees seemed they were too busy. Although one employee was on top of his service! That person was James!!
Shout out to James for the great service!! He had someone help me instead of me standing there waiting for someone to help. He saw someone who wasn’t busy and had them help me. Let me also say he was one of the people handling the food and still stopped for 5 seconds to hand me what I needed or get someone to help me. Thank you again James! You made the experience better for us.

Well, what a surprise! Their one-and-a-half star rating is getting worse. I ordered an avocado veggie bowl to go. Got home and took a look. Where’s the avocado? Look close. Oh! It’s that little green hump! Looks like someone sneezed and that popped out!

I really don’t know why I come to this location anymore!?! This is the Del Taco that I ordered. The food from this location is always disappointing! But sadly it’s convenient when leaving the grocery store. I live in Nuevo so it’s not worth my gas to drive back and try to have my order fix… but come on guys, you surly do not deserve $15 an hour. Do better!

I’ve been coming to this Del Taco for 2 years now and can count on 1 hand how many times I have been satisfied with the food.
The only reason I am leaving this review is because I just made it to EPIC level meaning I’ve accumulated over 5000 points. Not sure how much money I’ve spent, but you start off by earning 8 points per dollar, so I’m sure I’ve spent quite a bit.
Anywho, the saddest part about this review is actually thinking it will make a difference only to open the Yelp App and see that this location is already in the RED with 1.5 stars? At this point what is writing a review even going to do to help this establishment?
Tonight, much like every other visit, I order a LARGE FRY: MADE TO ORDER; WELL DONE. What I received tonight, much like most other visits is a soggy fry that taste like old grease.
Tonight, and like most other visits, I drove back to the location to have my order redone. I get home and I kid you NOT, it looks and taste like they gave me the same fries. Tonight and like many other visits, I spent a lot of money to feed our family for TACO TUESDAY. $37 and some change and this is how Del Taco served its most loyal customers.
God, you know my heart! I love treating my family to a good Taco Tuesday. Please open the hearts of these employees and this establishment to improve at serving its community because it is a blessing to serve. To take in this much money, DEL TACO, AT THE VERY LEAST can talk to their cooks about serving quality food that Del Taco as a brand can be proud of because this is an abomination at BEST!
Not looking for a refund… I’m looking for a good food experience. I challenge Del Taco to just get my meal right, hot and fresh JUST ONCE! JUST ONCE DEL TACO

I went to the drive through today 5/31/25 at 4:18pm and victor took my order but the way he took the order was honestly just rude and rushed. I asked him for a quesadilla meal and he just said okay. Didn’t ask what size. Didn’t ask for what drink and when I asked for no green sauce he emphasized it. I get the order and repeats no green sauce then I look at it and has green sauce. Not that big of a deal but it’s just rude and as a paying customer I did not feel respected. I didn’t even want to go in and ask for the correct order due to his rudeness. EA
