Terrible service, if I could give absolutely 0 stars I would. Refused service to me because I wouldn’t back up and pull forward for their sensor 3x did it once, and again for this guy and it wasnt good enough. And he wanted me to do it again. Are you serious? Im here for food and payment in hand. What a joke.

On January 11, 2026 at the Del Taco 24941 Elder Ave Moreno Valley CA 92557 around 9pm Marianna took my order I which was $40 of food including 2 for 8 beef and bean burritos with extra meat, beans and cheese. A epic steak burrito, and a Del combo burger with a strawberry shake. When I received burritos they seemed very small. Which with adding extra things it should be bigger so another employee came to window and asked is everything okay. I said these burritos seem kinda small and I showed her my receipt and she indicated it was the wrong burrito she will have them remake. Also to keep burritos and back up and come back up. Then Marianna came to window and said those did have the extra items but they will remake and to give her the original burritos. I said these other girl told me to keep for the inconvenience. She said you cant have 4 burritos and I’m not giving away free food, I said so your not gonna honor what she said. She said no, so I indeed gave her those burritos back and she threw them right in the trash can by the window with a demeanor of anger. I asked for her supervisor she said she doesn’t have one to call corporate. Her customer service skills at this point was very disappointing as I visit this Del taco often. So the other employee gave me the new burritos I checked again when I drove off, and it was the same size. So I went back thru drive thru and asked for a refund. The nice employee who helped me prior was at the window and gave me a refund. She also apologized for the inconvenience and stated that Marianna was not supposed to take food back and offered is there anything that she can do. I stated I just wanted the burritos made correctly. So she said she would remake on the house. So I waited. 20 seconds later Marianna came to the window and said why are you still here I said the other girl said she would remake. She said I told you I’m not giving you no free food and if the girl makes it for me she will go home. I kindly said that she already told me, please there is nothing else for us to talk about. She left and came back after a line started to form. She said can I just leave. This is when the video started. She indeed called the police. She also bullied the other employee that if she did remake she would send her home. This is disturbing and disgusting for people in food places to treat people like this. When the police came I explained and the police said she was having a bad night. But that doesn’t give her any right to talk and treat me and her co worker like that. She needs more training and possibly her manager title under investigation.

My wife bought food here in the drive through they for got to give her her fries.She went back they told her she had to take all the bags back. When my daughter and me her husband started eating the food at home. They made her understand that she wanted to steal . So to make story short they gave her the fries but not after giving her a very hard time they made her cry . She comes home while I’m eating and noticed she is crying. I ask her what’s wrong she said they gave her a hard time and scream at her.Then they told told her to go inside. I’ve seen other reviews and they are bad . Any one that have posted negative reviews need to email corporate that’s what I did as a supervisor. These employees don’t realize that because customers they have jobs .I filed a complaint online to corporate. Let’s see what happens I’ll give them 2 weeks to respond. I will post any response corporate give me here. I had to put 1 star because I needed it for the review to start but wanted to put 0 stars. This is the Del Taco near my house and it is so close that it would be inconvenient to drive to a different one, but they are so rude sometimes. There are a few younger girls here that are so sweet and chill, but every now and then i’ll get a worker who talks to me like i’m stupid and will mess my order up without giving me a chance to politely correct it. I work a hellish service job too, please be kinder to people

Got a chicken and cheese quesadilla and there were only a couple bites of meat on it. So I paid $5 for a cheese quesadilla. Took forever in the drive-thru line and food was almost cold once I got it! Definitely not going back to this location

Forgotten orders, skimping out on chicken soft tacos, and no salt on the fries. Called and notified manager. Respectable enough to offer a remake, I declined because I live far away. 2 stars for service to food.

Ordered through drive thru for 3 meals come home find that I am missing one of my items, which was one of the burritos that I had ordered. Went back to the restaurant and they ask me which burrito I am missing and I told them not sure since they don’t put tags on them. Had to call my family member to literally open up the burrito so they can see what was inside. The whole time the manager I’m assuming is giving me attitude because I don’t know what burrito THEY forgot. While I’m waiting for the burrito to get prepared I see the cook using her bare hand to make it which I’m assuming is not up to par with their health department… lol place is a joke. Get new management that doesn’t get butt hurt over their mistakes.

I walked in during rush hour to an empty dining room, started my kiosk order, and saw three employees standing around and gossiping amongst themselves. I just canceled my order because I didn’t have any confidence it would be correct, especially when there is always something to do when working fast food.

Its 3:40am and the young lady said, “Sorry we are closed.” I thought Del Taco was open 24 hrs. Just wanted to let the owner of this establishment to know that your employees are stealing time.
Once again I came to Del Taco and this employee stated they are close. He got irate and threatened to call the cops because I was sitting in drive-thru. He asked me to pull out of drive thru because it was making his time go up. I replied, “If you are closed it shouldn’t matter about the drive-thru time.” He then said well I’m on break. This location is a joke, I gave you another shot 4 months later and it’s the same result.
FYI he is smoking inside the building.
