I came inside to order food the kiosk wasn’t working right. People were getting upset. They were packed it was lunch time and the general manager Malia stopped making food to assist the guests having issues ordering. She was very nice even though it was rush hour was very professional and had great customer service. I really appreciate the amazing hospitality here. She is just amazing always greeting people and recognizing her guests with a smile!!

I’ll be honest Del Taco hasn’t always been my go-to when it comes to customer service or consistency. But today completely changed that.
I had one of those days the kind that feels long before it’s even over and I stopped by this location without expecting much. What I got instead was a genuine moment of kindness. The employee who helped me had such a positive, welcoming attitude that it instantly lifted my mood. Her customer service didn’t feel forced or scripted it felt human, warm, and sincere.
On top of that, the food was actually amazing fresh, flavorful, and made with care, which made the experience even better. It’s rare that a quick stop can turn a stressful day around, but that’s exactly what happened here.
She truly deserves recognition for delivering the best customer service I’ve experienced at a Del Taco. Small moments like this make a big difference, and she’s clearly someone who takes pride in what she does. I’ll definitely be back because of her. Thanks again PJ ✨

Came here on Christmas Day and asked for fresh fries and per usual, I got nasty, burnt, stale fries. However, this time the stale fries had gray hairs wrapped around them… and the tacos looked and tasted a day old. I’m disappointed every time I come here.

If you like quesadillas and shrimp the stuffed quesadilla shrimp tacos before they’re gone are definitely one of the best items they’ve had so far. Carne asada fries are 3 out of 5 they have lots of toppings but not much flavor.

Apparently you guys are running out of meat, cheese, and lettuce… and patience.
Ordered the 2 taco meal, practically had the bag shoved in my hand and the window shut on me before I could ask for any of the hot sauce that was missing. Loved the taste of hard taco shell, too, as there was practically a pinch of meat, cheese, and lettuce (one taco had no lettuce) complete with room temperature fries.
Listen, I get that it’s a half hour to close time but c’mon. Customers aren’t a burden. They’re your business model. I’m half tempted to drive back there and order 3 of each meal on the menu before they close just to stress the workers out and make them work late.
