I’m not sure who the cook is now but keep on cookin’! We come often usually because it’s easy if we’re running late on the way home and we have just become use to prices going up and quality being down but on Sunday evening about 7p we were shocked by how great the food was this time! Made like it use to be! Everything hot, burritos full, fries crispy, snack tacos made with more than tiny pinch of meat! Keep it up and we will start ordering more again!

If we order a large shake, shouldn’t it be filled to the top? Asked to have it topped off and got a shoulder shrug followed by “I just do what we’re supposed to do” . Very odd and felt shorted. Every other competitor actually fills them to the lid without asking.

This location never surprises me. Gave it another shot because I was running late ordered two del soft out tacos, and this is what I got. The size of a snack taco, but at full del taco price. Had to check my receipt and sure enough paid almost $5 for 2 snack tacos.

Worst management ever .!! Went in today 8/31 @6:30pm to pick up an online order worst mistake ever .!! They were not able to complete our order due to not having burgers and was just told that but nothing else . We were standing there asking how do we get a refund back or to cancel the order and no help from management, she walked away and continued to make food . After about 10mins someone finally stepped in a told us we have to do it on the app. But was not the manager.! Mind you there was No one was inside and maybe 1car in the drive thu , After we keep asking for a receipt and they kept refusing to give us one for proof we can in , but finally after another 10mins they finally gave us one .!! We also asked the manager for her name and she kept saying she don’t have a name then she said it was “Maria “ then we asked for the last name and she told us she don’t have a last name. One of the workers kept saying we don’t have to give you her name , just tell them it N/A .!! All this took over 30 mins and our little one was with us asking why they are being so mean , when all they could have done was give us a better explanation on how everything works from the start. Now I have to wait to see how long it takes to get my 30bucks back from the app . !!

I love Del Taco. lt is a Southern California staple that I that I grew up on. It is not authentic Mexican food. It is not going to change your life, but if you want something that is good, fast, junk food Mexican, it is much better than Taco Bell. And if you grew up in Southern California it is a familiar classic fast food that was a staple of my life, so of course I love it.
I like the classic Del Beef or Del Combo, but there new burritos with grilled chicken are really good. There $1 chicken tacos are awesome because of a magical sauce they put on them and my kids like there quesadillas. The beat thing is their crinkle cut fries. Get them fresh and eat them right away when they are crispy. Best fast food fries you can get! Lastly, the fish tacos are surprisingly good. It’s decent food, but the nostalgia factor pushes it to a 4 star for me. Enjoy!

This del taco location doesn’t rank real high with me. People running it are kinda rude should be in the food service industry. The quality of the food is cheap and quote chensy with what you pay for. And their attempt to fold the burrito at both ends is a failure I’ve ordered burritos twice over past 6 months and they came apart in the center which led to everything coming out. It doesn’t hold up. Seems they think at this location to do things their way and it’s not exactly working out

We ate here and my son accidentally left his lovey that he has had since birth. We have tried to reach the mgmt, no response and their phone has has a busy signal for days. We have gone by there and they are unwilling to help to the point that they told us to leave and that they will NOT help. It was the worst customer service that I have ever seen.
