Definitely need to reteach employees how to make a burrito. Burrito made in layers so u eat one item at a time. 1st u eat the sour cream and guacamole, then the cheese and tomatoes, then the meat and finally the lettuce. Staff only gave us 3 cups but I ordered 4 so I stood at the counter tried to get the managers attention but I had to speak loudly to get her attention. Chilli fries had a small fry not a large and a tablespoon of chili and cheese.
The Del Taco dinner can be closed unannounced. I showed up here on a few different occasions and the doors were locked.
I went through the drive-through and I asked why Is the dinning room not open?? She said they were short of staff. I counted 4 employees inside working.
