Honestly worst taco bell i’ve ever been to. They need to rehire the entire team. I payed extra to get steak and no chipotle sauce and it’s as if they didn’t even attempt my order, and no customers were here so I don’t understand how you mess up one burrito. I drove home to find out my order was wrong, had to drive back to get it replaced and yet they still got it wrong, still added chipotle sauce. I give it one more try and I do an online pickup order, ask for sauce on an expensive order and didn’t even get a single packet. It’s always empty at night so I’m not sure how they always get it wrong. Staff is lazy. Portions are also the worst out of all the locations I’ve been to. Every time I go here they get my order wrong, so always make sure to double check your order, or just never come to this location. Nothing but bad reviews here, and still nothing has been changed for years.

It’s Del Taco! Ordered on the app, drove thru, got my order with a smile. Asked for extra sauce, which they gave me and I was on my way again. I usually keep it simple and order their crispy tacos and green bean and cheese burritos, which were as expected.

This place is not good. Very slow drive thru and very stingy portions. Make sure you double check your order because they will forget stuff. I recommend the other del taco down Palmdale rd in Victorville. Much better experience and they aren’t stingy.

In my experience, customer service at this location is always fine, but the food service is always poor. Todays order was processed incorrectly. Fries tasted and looked old, cold, and dark. Soda without ice, due to no ice availability. This was fine, except the soda was also flat. It’s not worth my gas or my money to return. Drive-thru employee was professional. Will not return and can not recommend it.

I’m very disappointed. I ordered though the del taco app spent over $78 for my family and I to eat here, for there to be hardly and fries in our chili cheese fry boxes. And I ordered bold burritos and got no secret sauce and literally only 1 French fry in my burrito. And on top of that they didn’t mark our drinks right so we tried asking what drink was coke then the lady tried correcting us saying “no you ordered Coke Zero.” And we told her no it’s supposed to be coke then she decided to look at the receipt then said “ok then this one is coke then.” Didn’t even apologize for the attitude she was giving us and Not even sure if she gave us the correct drinks or not. they also didn’t give us any sauce packets when we asked for it. Won’t be coming back to this del taco.

My son and I came here for lunch they screwed up our order twice no sour cream that we paid for and then when they redid it there’s no meat LOL the only thing that was good was their strawberry lemonade their fries were soggy an old asked for fresh fries and still got the same damn fries what a bummer

Came through like we always do…. had an awesome employee upsell us a large fry …so we bought them. And we also upgraded my meal to a large. To get home and the fries are half full of ketchup is VERY FRUSTRATING when we only bought them to help ‘you sir that was up selling over the headset”… Now they did fix our order… my drink was a Sprite which I hadn’t tasty yet but because we now had no ice in it…it was tasted and it wasnt even Sprite. The WORKER went to the back and said “We are all out of Sprite…” so I had to get dark soda which I didnt want but JUST WANTED TO GET HOME. THANK YOU TO THE UPSELL GUY THAT ALSO FIXED THE PROBLEM BUT TO WASTE GAS TO COME BACK FOR THAT AND WE ONLY BOUGHT IT FOR YOU WAS FRUSTRATING!!!!…. NEXT TIME WE WONT LEAVE UNTIL WE LOOK AT THE BAG. I TRY TO HELP WITH TIMERS AS I KNOW THEM WELL… SO I MINIMIZE OUR QUESTIONS AT THE WINDOW AND HELP YOU KEEP TIMES LOW… BUT I DONT HAVE MONEY TO RETURN FOR FRIES WE DIDNT EVEN PLAN TO BUY!!! WE WILL STILL RETURN… 90% OF THE TIME ITS RIGHT AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE PLEASANT…SOME REMEMBER US AND ITS NICE BUT WHEN THERES A TRAINING ERROR TO BE FIXED… FIX IT EARLY…

The experience at this location can vary quite a bit depending on the staff members. While I encountered some friendly workers, I also met one who was not particularly pleasant when I asked for confirmation on my order. Unfortunately, my order ended up being incorrect as well. Based on my experience, I would recommend visiting this place during off-peak hours rather than at lunch time to potentially have a better experience.
