It was 10:00 p.m. on a Tuesday when we ordered 2 large fries costing over $8 and received only one napkin and one packet of ketchup. We were told that additional ketchup would cost extra. I also asked for a fork, but it was not provided. I’m always concerned when a restaurant cannot maintain basic supplies like napkins and condiments.

I have nothing but compliments to say about this Del Taco location. I generally grab Del Taco for like a late night snack, the workers are always polite my food is always made fresh to order, they’re not skimpy on the serving, you get what you pay for. On every occasion here I’ve always just had a pleasant experience and I just want to give a shout out to the team there when credit is due

Orders Always Wrong, Cold Food, Rude Service. I Stop Going For A While And Decide To Give Another Chance Just For It To Be The Same Experience. If You’re Looking For Good FRESH Food, Good Service, And The Right Order I Recommend Driving The Extra 10 Minutes To The Banning Location Or Even The Cherry Valley Location Because This Place Is A Joke. I Hope The Owner Takes The Time To Train Management To Make Sure Orders Are Correct Before Giving It Out And The Time To Make Sure The Team Is Trained Correctly On Customer Service.

Stopped by here on are way through. The most horrible food I’ve ever had from Del Taco the food was so greasy the paper was saturated with oil. Our soft tacos were drenched in grease. The customer service is very rude. Maybe you should stop in as a owner and see why this is happening. A total waste of money

This place is great! Extremely fast to have your order ready and accurately done…now if you can get the slow people going through the drive thru to order than it would be amazing but we all know how 2 people can’t decide to order the same thing they always do takes to look over the menu and piss people off that’s in a hurry…for God sakes get out walk in and order if your going to take a while… I overall the place is excellent and people are very nice.
5/4/2024 I got here at 7 minutes until 8pm and the door were already locked…not cool…. Also not only was my order wrong this time is was quite a bit wrong with my order being shorted and having to call to get a credit! My wife order was shorted a carbon chicken taco and all 4 tortillas were old and cracked had to get a fork to eat them.of my 4 the del tacos that I got 3 were good and one tasted like it was dropped on the floor and wrapped. pretty damn sad day for them on Cinco de Mayo weekend 2024…I hope my next order is better as for the first time in 40+ years coming to del taco at different locations I’m seriously disappointed….not even taco bell screws up this bad.

Stopped at this Del Taco Late at night while on the road. It is easily accessed from the freeway. The drive-thru had a pretty good line but it moved quickly. The employee working the drive-thru had excellent customer service and the food was awesome! Everything was fresh and satisfied that Del Taco craving.
